Wonderful newly renovated house with a unique and special layout. It has two terraces overlooking the Alcazaba from which you can enjoy breakfast, dinner or just a pleasant time reading or chatting. The house has a living room, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor, a bedroom with an interior patio on the middle floor, a bathroom and bedroom with a terrace on the first floor, and a solarium with incredible views of the entire Alcazaba on the top floor. Beautiful, fully equipped and comfortable.

This pleasant and modern house is located just a few metres from the Puerta de Purchena. Everything is within easy reach. Within walking distance there are nice shops, supermarkets and restaurants for a nice evening for dinner and tapas. The residence has a well equipped kitchen. The living room is furnished with a TV, a dining table and a comfortable sitting area. You can end your days relaxing with a glass of wine on the terrace or on the patio on the ground floor.

Villa de Vicar is very quiet village surrounded by mountains in the heart of nature.
