Our stay at this house was perfect. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home thanks to the exquisite decor and impeccable cleanliness. Every detail is taken care of at the millimeter, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to prepare our own meals. The hostess has been wonderful, always attentive to our needs. Your quick response to our queries, even after hours, made our reservation a simple and enjoyable process. Their kindness and willingness to help made us feel very well cared for. We definitely recommend this house to all those looking for a unique and memorable experience. ¡¡sure to repeat!

absolute gem in Aguadulce. the house was clean and comfortable, felt like home straight away. it had all of the nescessary equipment for the rooms and kitchen included. we didn't have a car but the hill is manageable- takes about 20mins to climb up from cottage centre. the views from the apartment were fabulous and the neighborhood is peaceful. the only downside was that the upstairs room didn't have WiFi working, other than that - everything was great and it's totally worth the money we paid! thabk you Antonio for being so good at communication!

We absolutely loved our stay at Joaquin's place. We were 4 couples with kids staying together for a week and we had plenty of space for everyone. The backyard with the swimming pool, a charcoal bbq and plancha; it was fantastic! Joaquin was a very responsive host, always there when we needed something. It was a perfect stay. Highly recommend this place. To be aware that the place is a little old, it needs to be renewed eventually but it didn't affect our overall stay. Just putting it out there so people know what to expect.

The apartment is very spacious, clean and well located. Quiet area and close to all the sights we wanted to visit. Antonio is very attentive to everything we asked and the cleaning service is also very good. We will repeat in summer to enjoy the beaches.

The owner is very friendly and always attentive to everything. The house is just like the photos, spacious, comfortable and nice. I have no complaints, we loved it. It's also very close to the beach, the beach is literally behind the development. You can also walk to a boulevard where there are several restaurants, very comfortable, it is also 1-2 hours from Almería and close to Cabo de Gata and its villages about 30-40 minutes away. My husband and I spend 4 days on Javier’s place, it is very good, with parking, less than 100m from the beach, with lots of restaurants, supermarkets, shops and even automatic laundry facilities close. It’s on 2nd floor with a beautiful view of the pool, gardens and sea. Good bed (we didn’t used the sofa bed) and a kitchen with all you need if want to cook, you only has to bring your food. We enjoyed breakfast at the terrace every day, the WiFi is good and strong to stream your favorite shows and movies. The communication with him it’s very good and respond very fast.

We had an excellent week of family vacations; we were two adults, a teenager and our cat. It was the one that had the best time because the apartment is spacious and with a balcony that looked out to browse. The terras is very nice. We enjoy the proximity of the beaches as well as restaurants. We will definitely repeat.

Patricia was very helpful and waited for us upon arrival and guided us through the house. Patricia was great accommodating us with a earlier check in and the apartment was great and had everything we needed. Everything was perfect, within walking distance to Golf Course, shops, restaurants, harbor and beach. Thanks Patricia.

The place is excellent and the apartment is excellent. One thing I really felt was not having a charging point for an electric car, a simple outlet in the garage pillar would solve the issue. Here's the tip! Voltaria fácil!

I spent the last month at this beautiful apartment in Roquetas de Mar, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I booked, the communication with Marta was smooth, responsive, and friendly. Basically everything you hope for when staying somewhere mid-term 😄 The apartment itself is absolutely lovely: bright, clean, and thoughtfully furnished, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
