Marigold Gedara was designed as a spacious beach house. It suits surfers, young families and couples wanting a large private villa with pool. We are family friendly! We provide a highchair, infant cot and the only villa on the south coast with a glass safety fence around the pool. It's a 2min walk to the nearest cafe, The Kip. Secret Beach is a 5min walk. Some of the best surf breaks are less than 10mins away. Our fully-equipped kitchen means you can cook or order delivery and dine at home.

Perfect for a couple in the master bedroom and the newly revamped second bedroom has twin single beds for 2 children or 2 single adults. Tastefully decorated in Sri Lankan colonial style with separate sitting room and well equipped kitchen. Fibre wifi connection with 100 mbps for those working as digital nomads. There is NO AC but with fans.

Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Our house Sama means "Peace" in Sinhalese. It is designed to be a simple, open and spacious plantation home that connects with nature. It features an open living space, a kitchen and direct access to a 17m pool. Upstairs we have a master suite and junior bedroom that share a balcony with plantation views. Both have ensuite open-air showers. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and exclusive pool access. We do not have air-conditioning.

STAY at Ahangama

STAY at Ahangama is a 1950s built villa renovated to its current standard in 2016. The villa is very spacious and lets in plenty of light, especially in the main livingroom area. The villa features a middle courtyard with a fish pond and a pool with a deck to cool off the usually hot temperature in Galle. You can reach Ahangama beach within five minutes (walking), and Mirissa beach or Unawatuna beach in 20 minutes by vehicle. The Galle Fort is within a 25 minute drive from our property.

The Gatehouse Galle (Adults Only)

The Gatehouse is an exclusive, private self catering getaway for a couple or a solo traveller. It is located at the entrance to the estate and features a private 8-metre pool. It is an ideal home base to explore the local areas of Galle and beyond. Everything you need is provided in stylish, designer luxury. The washing machine and dryer make travelling easy and hiring a scooter from Epic Rides or using Uber or Pick me apps allows easy beach and local historic site access.

This house sleeps 3 as the large daybed downstairs doubles up as a single bed. This is one of five hideaway homes on the estate. Each house is hidden by its own flora and fauna. Our homes were designed to give a sense of privacy and space, bringing you close to nature to rest and be inspired by. Kabalana beach is a 5min walk away.
