Villa Yöpöllö sijaitsee Karviassa, luonnon keskellä ja hyvien yhteyksien päässä. Päärakennus on kokonaan uusittu pinnoiltaan. Mökissä on erillinen makuuhuone, keittiö, olohuone ja pesuhuone. Pesuhuoneessa on wc, suihku ja pyykinpesukone. Nukkumapaikat 4:lle + matkapinnasänky. Piharakennukset on myös kunnostettuja.
