Solo city break? Our compact Micro Studios have everything you need for a short stay in Munich. In 16m², you’ll have a comfy 150cm x 200cm EU double bed. Though there’s no sofa, you’ll have all essentials – a fully-equipped kitchen with dining table, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and designer cooking gear. Plus, perks like air conditioning, a power shower with Kinsey Apothecary toiletries, blackout curtains, superfast Wi-Fi, a Smart HDTV with Chromecast, and a Locke essentials kit.

Romantic cottage next to garden and natural pond

The compact house (built 1906) has been lovingly and lavishly renovated according to ecological guidelines. It combines a historical ambience with modern comfort and is situated right next to a large garden with fruit trees and a natural swimming pond (10x3 meters). The pool is shared with the holiday property next door. Additionally, the cottage has it's own private small garden with a spacious terrace available for al-fresco dining, sunbathing or just unwinding.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
