There are commercial businesses in the neighborhood, but they cause little noise. The house is completely fenced in at a height of 150 cm. Hiking trails lead directly from the house, and in winter, when there is snow, a cross-country ski trail is also groomed. Quietly located, but close to the city. The room has a separate entrance and its own bathroom. A large bed is available for 1 or 2 people. WLAN, radio and satellite TV are available. The bus that takes you into the city in just 5 min walk away. You can be at the heart of Stuttgart in 30 min. If you prefer your peace and quiet: The forest for a walk is right on the doorstep. Since the homeowners' association has stipulated that dogs are not allowed, we can't permit service animals either.
