Entre lac et montagnes, le logement est situé dans une copropriété au calme à 10 mn à pied de la plage et du port (restaurants les pieds dans l'eau, location de paddles, pédalos...). Commerces de proximité à 2 km : épicerie, boulangerie, boucherie, poste...

STUDIO climatisé, meublé, indépendant d'environ 20 m2, 2 ou 3 personnes adultes ou 2 adultes et 2 jeunes enfants (un lit 2 places + 1 banquette lit), sur propriété entièrement clôturée. Petit jardin privatif, ombragé. Situation calme et tranquille, avec vue imprenable sur les montagnes! Café, thé, tisane, sucre à votre disposition! Place de stationnement dans la cour fermée. Les premières stations de ski à 15 minutes, d'autres comme les Sept Laux à 30 minutes, Chamrousse à 40 minutes.

Cette maison paysanne offre un séjour détente pour toute la famille. En été sa fraîcheur naturelle et son jardin ombragé par le tilleul seront appréciés ainsi que la climatisation chauffante vous réconforteront et sa déco chaleureuse. De nombreuses balades faciles (cascade et parapentes ) et les luges sur les pentes devant le gîte vous amuseront. Voiron avec son marché le mercredi et le samedi ainsi que ses commerces a 10 mn. Table d’hôtes possible. Un autre gîte plus grand est disponible.

The Cottage des Belhiardes, Lake Annecy

This charming cottage for 4 people is located in a very quiet area close to the lake. Situated in the same grounds as the main house , it has its own garden, with stunning views, but none of the windows overlook each other. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a small bedroom with 2 bunk beds, a recently renovated kitchen, Shower room and WC. The lake is 5 mns walking away, the cycling path at the end of our road, and the village of St Jorioz 5 mns on a bike or by car.

Your chalet is perfect for a couple with a baby : a big shared room for 2 adults (King size natural bed 160 cms X 200 cms), a wooden baby bed and changing table and a children bed 70x140 cms (from 3 to 6 year’s old), an open kitchen leading into the living room that can be changed into an adult room, bathroom and a large south-­facing deck.
