Excellent location to enjoy this beautiful region and all the amenities (shops and bike rental close by). We had a great stay in this beautiful, spacious and particularly well-equipped accommodation. Sandrine is a charming and available person who took the time to welcome us and give us advice for our stay. There is all the baby equipment available (bed, high chair, bathtub) as well as books and toys for children. Everything is thought out to feel good. We'll be happy to go back!

We stayed at Les Magnolias for three nights, and we would definitely stay there again. We loved the open space in the apartment, found it very well furnished with everything we could need, and really appreciated the proactive communication and restaurant recommendations from the hosts. We particularly loved the apartment's location - it was really close to walk everywhere but not on a super busy block.

Had a lovely stay at L'Appartement de Juliette. This very nice place was clean, comfortable and convenient. Vincent was very responsive and helpful, even offering to store my suitcase on my final day in Annecy. Highly recommended.

Laura's place is perfect. High floor, with elevator, and the view outside is just magnificent. She'll give you complete and very clear instructions what to do, and everything you'll need is provided there.

Claire’s rental space was beyond my expectations. Everything and so much more than what a camera can capture. There is an ambiance and beautiful treasure awaiting all who come. Claire and her husband, Alain , made such a generous strides to be excellent hosts. I have never had such kind and gracious hosts along with such pristine and beautiful accommodations. We will be back and will not want to stay anywhere else!

My husband, toddler, and I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated, perfect for our little family. The location was ideal, close to all the main attractions yet quiet enough for restful nights. Parking was easy and convenient, which made coming and going with a toddler much less stressful. Mikael and Sarah were incredibly thoughtful and responsive, always quick to answer our questions and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The little touches throughout the home made it feel warm and welcoming. We would highly recommend this place to families or anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again!

We had a great stay at Francois’s! He kindly greeted us at our convenience to help with check in and show us around the apartment and providing some info on the location (even helped with our luggage!). The place was clean and full of fun items to explore. Location was perfect!

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

Listing matches the description, clean and tidy. Enjoyable self access. Thank you for allowing pets and trusting us. Small downside with the bathroom door but not serious, which will be repaired quickly I think.

We spent the Easter weekend at Florian's. There were 8 adults. The place was very clean upon arrival. Its location on the heights of the village of ladders makes it very attractive. The view of the Chartreuse massif is amazing. The cottage is very spacious, super bright with a sheltered terrace in front of the mountains. A joy at the time of the aperitif. The decor of the many rooms, kitchen and bathroom amenities are modern and comfortable to live in. It's very spacious. We were able to enjoy the games room and ping pong table in the basement, family happiness. Nights are peaceful in the hamlet. Florian and his family live and work on the farm next door. We were able to meet his dad who took the time to explain his job as a sheep farmer and cheese maker. An exciting world. A beautiful discovery of this region with its many activities. Housing is as described and even better than in the photos. The bedding is very good, everything is very clean and well renovated. The accommodation is also suitable for children. Thank you to our hosts for the special attention, with the warmth Jacques and Frédérique provided us with a fan. We would definitely recommend this place.

Great host with a very nice house in a lovely location, very quiet and safe neighbourhood

We spent a weekend in the accommodation offered by Tommy. The apartment is functional, well-equipped, modern and pleasant. We came with our 1-year-old baby and everything we needed was provided (travel cot, high chair). It is equipped with air conditioning, which is not negligible in summer. Only small downside (to which parents of young children are attentive😂) the floor and the door handles squeak quite a bit and the stairs to access the bedroom upstairs are steep and noisy. It is difficult to move discreetly Apart from that, everything is great. The accommodation is easy to find, and easy to access. Nearby car parks are available. We recommend this listing 👌

Great stay with an amazing view from the balcony! The apartment is very well located (easy to access), in a beautiful soothing environment, offering beautiful walks. A few minutes from the gazebo of La Chambotte, ideal for a spectacular sunset. Perfect for two people, the apartment is equipped with all the essentials, with some nice little extras! A big thank you to the host, who is attentive, responsive and flexible on check-in and check-out times. I recommend it 100%!
