Nice small traditional house in a small village. This house, its garden and its swimming pool is only for you, you won't have to share them with other people. This was built for the grape harvesters as an annex of the "Maison de Maitres" of the domain owners. The air conditioning was installed this year, please do not set it below 25 degrees (recommendation of the installer) and close the doors and windows when it is running. The garden is 1000m2, with trees and flowers. There is a nice swimming pool of 21.5 feet by 12.5 feet The pool has stairs where young children can play. The pool is open from May 13 to October 15. A very large terrasse under the shade of trees is very cool. You can connect with Wifi networks in the house and from the terrasse. The house can host 4 guests. 2 in a sofa bed at the ground floor and 2 in a real bed at the mezzanine. The nice bathroom is on the mezzanine. A fully equipped kitchen has been installed with a sink, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave oven, conventional oven, electric coffee maker, toaster, kettle and refrigerator. There is a BBQ grill at your disposal, please clean it up at your departure. They are all types of food shop at 5 minutes walk. Grocery, bakery, butchery, restaurant and small local bars The village is between Nimes et Montpellier cities. Beaches of Mediterranean sea are 20 minutes away. The famous Romans Aqueduc "le pont du Gard" is at 45 minutes drive. Anduze the nice city at the entrance of the Cevennes national park with its gorgeous 'Bambouseraie" one of the nicest Bamboo park in Europe is also at 45 minutes by car.
