The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Close to Nordic areas: Sur Lyand 25 minutes, Plans d'Hotonnes 30 minutes, Hauteville-la-Praille 20 minutes 15 minutes from Cormaranche Bike Park, 15 minutes also from the canyoning course on the Groin.
