Holiday rentals with lake access in Ain

Martine welcomed us warmly to her very well-equipped and as-described accommodation. We felt right at home and our baby acclimated very well. Our host is not stingy with advice and recommendations about the area. In love with the area, we will definitely come back to this little nest!

Accommodation that perfectly matches the description and photos. With impeccable cleanliness, it seems to have been refurbished very recently. Our 2-year-old daughter immediately felt comfortable, thanks to the toys available. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is large enough to accommodate a baby crib without any problems. The accommodation is well located (close to the lake and about 20 minutes' walk from the hyper center). We were hosted very well by Maryse and communication was easy during the stay. We highly recommend Alice's house for a stay in Aix-les-Bains!

Housing is as described and even better than in the photos. The bedding is very good, everything is very clean and well renovated. The accommodation is also suitable for children. Thank you to our hosts for the special attention, with the warmth Jacques and Frédérique provided us with a fan. We would definitely recommend this place.

We were at Claire's house for the second time, almost a week. The furnishings are very good, high-quality materials, everything very generous (e.g. enough coffee, dishwasher tablets, soap, etc.). Everything is very well thought out. The location is very quiet with wonderful views. The terrace is equipped with plenty of seating and a large sunshade. Everything is just right and we'd love to come back. The communication with Claire was pleasant.

Marine welcomed us with a big smile. She answered all our questions about things to see or do in the area. Nice surprise when we entered the apartment, it was cool, the advantage of old stone houses. The interior is cozy and very lovely. We quickly felt good. The basket of syrups and the bottle of wine made us very happy. Couldn't heat up the Finnish bath, it was so hot in the sun, but it was very good, it refreshed us. Thank you very much, Marine. See you later.

A clean and spacious stay in a very pleasant location. Our dog was also welcome in the apartment, which was very important to us. In terms of location, you had everything you needed within walking distance. There are plenty of secure parking lots nearby to park your car. Louis was also super helpful and friendly. He responded quickly and kindly. In short, a wonderful apartment that we really enjoyed. Highly recommended for a short trip to Lyon city center!

Great location easy walk to train station, old Town n lake. If coming early be ready to spend some extra euros about 34 euros for 2 lockers for 5 hours. The best part is that the luggage storage is on the groundfloor . Hosts were quick to respond. Everything as described.Would recommend

It’s our 3rd visit as stop over on our way to Italy. Recommended by our daughter who takes her dog with her. We love it.

This is such a beautiful place in such a gorgeous location. You definitely get your workout going up the steps, but the spiral stairs are part of the charm, and the view out over the canal and the old town streets along it is worth every step. The place is large and spacious and nicely furnished. It also is conveniently located to numerous restaurants and the lake, and the train station is less than a 15 minute walk. We spent five nights and had a wonderful time.

Everything was perfect. The accommodation is clean, with all the amenities available. The accommodation has everything, which makes life easier for short stays (paper towels, dishwashing liquid, etc.) The accommodation is very well located, right in the city center, with a view of the lake. access is autonomous. Lovely apartment, very close to the lake and a short walk to Annecy centre. Richard was a great host and gave lots of recommendations for things to do and places to eat.

It was a really clean and pleasant accommodation. It's been a while since I've been to a well-managed accommodation. But in the summer, there is no air conditioning, so it can be very hot. The fan was a stroke of genius... It was cool in the morning and evening. I was happy

Super endroit, bel appartement qui est très très bien fourni. Confortable à souhait. Plus spacieux que prévu. Stationnement publique à quelques pas ce qui facilite les déplacements en automobile. Really great location. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need and more. Really great with small children. The is a public parking a few feets away where you can easily park and buy a card if you stay for a few days.

Berenice’s house was exactly what we were looking for in Annecy. The house is beautifully decorated , only 10’ walk away from the beach. Bright and spacious rooms in a peaceful location, perfect for those who are looking for a relaxing place where to feel home. Berenice is a fantastic host, she gave clear instructions, was very responsive and accomodate our needs. We will definitely recommend her house to friends and will look forward to returning to her home in the future. Thanks!

We had a wonderful stay at James's. The house is very nicely decorated and sparkling clean. Beds are very comfortable. The garden is great, with deck chairs, shade and beautiful plants. On the other side of the house is a terrace. When it is very hot outside, it remains pleasantly cool in the house. The area is very quiet and good to relax. There are direct possibilities for hiking. To swim at the lake you drive about 15 min. James and his wife are great hosts. We felt right at home. Thank you for the wonderful time.

Like last time.. Top.. Top.. The morning coffee facing the lake, and the aperitif right on the foot.. So nice.. The pkageca side, the children went there qd they wanted to.. Very friendly Henri, Françoise and Christelle too 😁 We'll definitely be right back..

Exceptional host in an exceptional place, Gérard's home is spacious, well-appointed and carefully decorated. The environment is exceptional, this part of the lake is truly beautiful. No complaints, you have to do it again and I recommend it!

very welcoming accommodation, very well kept, very good bedding, everything is well thought out nothing is left to chance. inside and outside at the top. we spent a weekend with the children and small children (9) to water my retirement. young and old were delighted. I recommend this house for its calm and its location by the water. thank you

Pretty and comfortable house as described, we were hosted very well by Laurent as well as the people who take care of the maintenance. The house is largely sized for our family of two parents + 4 teenagers, everyone found their place easily. Laurent takes particular care of the comfort and well-being of his tenants and everyone is very friendly! The small center a few minutes drive away (15 min walk for the brave ones) offers all the necessary food shops, the municipal beach is certainly paid but is great (diving board, supervised swimming, refreshment, cleanliness) and obviously the surroundings offer many opportunities for visits, activities and hikes easy and less easy.
