Welcome to have a relaxing northern getaway! Our apartment has easy access to the outdoors in both summer and winter, and there's endless things to do! The area is peaceful and the terrace is sunny through the day, the sauna heats up in the evenings. For added comfort, an air source heat pump that adds both coolness and heat as needed. The city center is a short distance across the lake in the winter, 2.5km along the road, and the trails run 300 meters away. There is also a playground nearby and a skibus stop 200 meters away.

Talossa on 1 mh ja muista tiloista erillinen parvi, jolla on parisänky sekä patjavuode lattialla yhdelle aikuiselle/kahdelle pienelle lapselle. Talossa on moderni sauna, lapinkivitakka ja parveke. Sijainti on sopivasti syrjässä keskustasta mutta lähellä kaikkia sen palveluita. Mökki on tehty rentoutumiseen ja yhdessäoloon. Keittiö on erittäin hyvin varusteltu. Hiihtoladut ja vaellusreitit alkavat 100 metrin päästä pihasta.

Set in Äkäslompolo near Ylläs ski resort, Housu is a thoughtfully designed home accommodating up to 9 guests. The cabin provides comfortable accommodation spaces and a well-equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals after long days. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, one of which has separable beds. Upstairs there's a large bunk beds, WC and a fold-out futon sofa for an extra bed. The sauna is located in a separate outdoor building, accessed through a glazed terrace. An outdoor fireplace is also situated on the terrace, where you can enjoy even the chilliest of evenings.

Completed in the spring of 2024, the villa is located in a quiet location close to Äkäslompolo's services and activities. Illuminated ski trails, a ski bus/bus stop and a beach in summer are within walking distance. Cycling and hiking can be accessed directly from the yard of the holiday villa. The villa is great for two families, multiple generations, or even a group of adults on an active holiday. The single-level villa has 4 bedrooms and two separate toilets.
