Valerie is an excellent host. We got a neatly maintained apartment. All the facilities were available including powder of washing machine and dishwasher. She helped us to book a show in Astana Opera too. Location is perfect and in the central location. This is the best apartment of airbnb we had experienced till date. We enjoyed it a lot. One must experience this.

Top for this price: 1) There was everyting a traveller needs inside, from a tea to a shampoo 2) The flat is situated near a small park 3) A conditioner in the kitchen, a ventilator in the bedroom. 2 toilets! 4) A shop downstairs 5) High ceilings 6) The owner came early morning before our flight to make the check out - additional thanks 7) Quiet neighbors

В квартире есть все необходимое. Быстрый заезд , умный замок . Хозяйка квартиры отзывчивая . Остановились на ночь перед рейсом . В квартире тепло и чисто .

The apartment is very cosy and clean, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay in Astana. Nearby there are lots of supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants, and the location isn’t far from the centre. The host is very responsive and kind, and the price is very reasonable compared to other places on Airbnb. I recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Astana.

Хорошая квартира. Большая, удобна для отдыха и работы. Прекрасный вид из окна, расположена в самом центре. В жк есть все необходимое, отдельно рекомендуем ресторан Саксаул. Уборка раз в неделю. Хозяин доброжелательный и готов помочь со всеми вопросами. Интернет, к сожалению, не очень хороший, но хозяин пытался это исправить.

一年ぶり二度目の滞在でした、変わらず最高のアパートでした！ モールまで徒歩圏内、バス停も近くに数ヶ所あり移動にも便利、宿のすぐそばにミニマーケットやカフェも沢山ありとても便利でした。 部屋はとても清潔で暖かく居心地が良く、必要なものは全て揃っていました。 セルフでのチェックインの方法も説明がとてもわかりやすく簡単です。 とても親切にしていただき、素敵なホストでした！ありがとうございます！！

Квартира светлая, уютная и комфортная для двоих. На кухне было всё необходимое для самостоятельной готовки. Комфортное спальное место. В пешей доступности есть много продуктовых магазинов и кафе. Хозяйка очень приветливая и всегда на связи :)

Все было замечательно. Фото соответствуют действительности, очень приятная и просторная квартира. Впечатлил большой и удобный диван (он просто огромный). Хозяйка добрая и отзывчивая, была всегда на связи и сразу помогала решать возникшие вопросы! Рекомендую данное жилье!

Хозяин жилья оперативно отвечает на все вопросы, бесконтактное заселение с возможностью позднего заезда. Все супер!

In dieser Wohnung kann man sich sehr wohl fühlen, wenn man keine zu hohen Erwartungen hat. Die Wohnung ist für ein Kurzurlaub oder einen Ausflug in Astana perfekt. Wir kamen dort sehr gut zurecht. Ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!🤝🏼

The host met us during a check-in, helped to get comfortable in the house, which is good. The flat is nice and quiet with lots of sofas, great place to relax and chill. Big market is close and lot of places where to eat by the way a kitchen has everything for cooking.

I had an amazing stay at Azamat's Airbnb. From the very first time, Azamat and Aknur have been very friendly and helpful. Same way as I liked the mood and communication, I very liked the apartment itself. Looks like on the picture, very lovely cozy Airbnb. Perfect for rest, great to work remotely. Big smart-enabled TV with clear picture, stable internet connection, and fully equipped kitchen made this stay very smooth. I liked how two big windows can make the room very bright when it's needed. In the evening, you will find a lot of light switches allowing you setup the ambiance of the place as per your mood. Overall, I recommend this place to anyone looking for cozy space and restful time! Konaklamam mükemmeldi. Eduard son derece ilgili, dakik ve yardımsever bir ev sahibiydi. Check-in süreci hızlı ve sorunsuzdu, daire tertemiz ve tam olarak ilandaki gibiydi, hatta daha iyiydi. Özellikle sessiz ortamı, estetik mimarisi ve gün ışığı alan modern tasarımı sayesinde gerçekten dinlendirici bir konaklama geçirdim. Eduard hem profesyonel hem de nazik bir ev sahibi. Her türlü soruma hızlıca yanıt verdi ve ihtiyacım olduğunda destek sunmaktan çekinmedi. Kendimi güvende ve rahat hissetmemi sağladı. Замечательная, чистая и светлая квартира! Есть опция самостоятельного заезда, но нас все равно встретил хозяин при заезде и помог заселиться. За несколько дней до заезда хозяин прислал подробные инструкции, а так же информацию как добраться из аэропорта, какое такси нужно вызывать. Хозяин очень быстро отвечал на все наши вопросы, всегда был на связи, и мы были спокойны. В квартире есть все, что необходимо - посуда, полотенца, интернет. Очень красивый вид на город из окна! Квартира находится в центре, рядом магазины, музей, рестораны. Мы остались очень довольны нашим выбором, эта квартира оказалась намного лучше, чем любой отель!!
