Very comfortable cabin in an amazing location . Couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful or beautiful spot. Cabin is warm, clean and cozy. Kaja’s directions were excellent. We had no problem finding it or with driving mountain road. Was a lovely stay all around!

Connie’s boathouse is the best experience I’ve had using Airbnb. Connie greeted us in person and even prepared a delicious mousse! The place is decorated with taste with a lot of books/games to chill after a hiking day. And what about that view! We felt so good there. You also have a very clean bathroom including towels, fully furnished kitchen and cozy comfy bed! The place is situated near the bus stop to the ferry and connecting to nearby towns. You are also steps away from the scenic and epic hike trail of Hvannhagi. All to say, if you are reading this: book this place already!

Beautiful and spacious house with a wonderful cosy vibe. Everything is newly renovated and just as described with enough space for a toddler to play as well! We made full use of the sauna and hottub, such a great addition to the house! The town is quaint and everything is in walking distance. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. I would note though, that the stairs are rather steep, so that might be an issue for some guests. Additionally some rooms feel a little "unfinished" which is not a problem, but it would have been nice to have a cupboard or a place to hang some clothes in the two bigger bedrooms and to have a lamp next to the bed. All these were minor inconveniences though and we all thoroughly enjoyed staying in this wonderful house. Highly recommend!

Nicely decorated and equipped apartment and good communication with the owner. Only downside that it's a bit noisy due to the road.
