Holiday rentals with lake access in Akyaka

Location, location, location! If you can find a more beautiful 4 bedroom villa with private pool closer to the centre of Dalyan then good luck. It was a 10 second walk (not minutes) to the nearest mini market and bar and 5 minutes in either direction would bring you more restaurants and bars than you could ever visit once in a month. You are situated right on the river, the hub of Dalyan and it's many boat trips. The villa is spacious with large screen TV with Netflix and Amazon Video installed if you have a day of poor weather or fancy a night in. The bedrooms are large and spacious with very comfortable beds, all with good quality Aircon and all ensuite. Only small consideration would be for the master bedroom to have a fully functioning shower alongside the large fitted bath. Had a fabulous 2 week holiday at villa Mariposa, would highly recommend and would happily stay here again.

Ms. Suna and Mr. Ahmet are really very friendly and very helpful. The house is as it appears in the photos; it is immaculately clean and the transportation is also very comfortable. It's nice to have air conditioning in every room.

Ms. Özge and her husband greeted us personally at the door. We had problems in another house and changed our route and came here, it made us forget our bad experience. Everything was spotless and the house was peaceful. It's a much more beautiful house than the photos. The house is located in a central place, closest to all sightseeing routes, very attached to the bazaar. The garden of the house is great. There is a great pier belonging to the house at the end of the pomegranate garden, we had the opportunity to fish there, Ms. Özge and her husband helped us from the camping chair to the inventory where we will fish. We most loved fishing while we accompanied the sunset and birth at the pier. The pool was spotless and we used it very comfortably with our children. A very beautiful house in nature, definitely stay here if you are on your way to Dalyan. Great family very hospitable. We say that we now have a door in Dalyan, we felt at home. We will definitely be back. Glad we crossed paths. Thank you so much for everything.

Everything was perfect! The place we stayed was in a great location: quiet, peaceful and surrounded by the smell of jasmine. The host was one of the most naive and caring people I've ever communicated with. He welcomed us very well, helped us in every way and shared all the details of the places to visit and places to eat. You can have a peaceful holiday and easily go to many places around by car. In addition, you will encounter exactly the same as you see in the photos. The pool, bedroom and kitchen were extremely clean and tidy. I think it is a place where everyone can enjoy a holiday. Thank you! 🌿

Most of all, the view was great, Mr. Caner is a very magnificent person, a person who solves all our work and is very helpful without saying that he is a great person, I recommend it to everyone, a great place to relax and have fun, it was more beautiful than the photos. We had the pleasure of staying at Ms Solmaz home for just one night, but it was an experience worth highlighting. From the moment we arrived, we could feel the care and attention she puts into every detail. The house was immaculately clean—not just tidy, but truly spotless in a way that made us feel instantly comfortable and at home. What stood out even more was how thoughtful and attentive Ms. Solmaz was. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, offering helpful local tips and checking in just the right amount to make sure we were comfortable, without ever being intrusive. Even in such a short stay, we felt incredibly welcomed. It’s clear that hospitality comes naturally to her, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again or recommend her place to anyone looking for a peaceful, clean, and well-cared-for space. Very nice, small apartment. Were there with our two small children. Nurcan and her family took care of us warmly and we felt very welcome. Slightly more rural the surroundings but with lots of charm and far away from mass tourism. We can recommend it without hesitation. Small supermarket around the corner and a parking space right outside the front door.

The villa was extremely clean, beautiful and convenient. There was nothing short of what was advertised. I would definitely recommend it. I hope to choose this villa if it is available for my next visit

We stayed for 4 days, everything was very nice. The location of the house is great, close to markets, bazaar, bakery, boat tours, etc. The items and supplies in the house are sufficient to meet the needs. It was small but very lovable. Since our check-in time was a little late, it was also nice of Ms. Gülbeyaz to wonder and call and take care of it. Looking forward to seeing you again next year, thank you very much 🥰

Very friendly and responsive host. One day I faced an issue with electricity and they did all their best to resolve it as soon as possible Location is also good, at least if you’re aimed at paragliding - cable car is near by, less than 5 min by car

We were very happy with our stay. We only stayed one night because we had a very early flight the next morning, but everything was great. Very close to the airport. The host was extremely hospitable and shared all the instructions clearly. The house was clean, convenient and equipped with all necessary equipment. Although the duration was very short, we were quite satisfied. We were also comfortable in terms of comfort, we rested peacefully. Thank you, Ms. Gül and Mr. Can!

The location of the house was very good, it was within walking distance to everywhere in Marmaris. Mr. Gökhan responded quickly to the questions and allowed us to check in early. The furniture in the house was a bit old, but it was in usable condition. Only the laundry wire needs to be changed. It's a good place in terms of price/performance. You can stay safely.
