Our Houses were built in 2020 for our guests who wants to have a vacation. They are located in the hotel area in Turgutreis. They are 300 meters away from beach and you can go there for swimming or for sightseeing, the famous sunset, you can rest in our exterior seating area while eating fruits from our garden, such as grapes would be right on top of you when you are sitting in our veranda, you can swim in 55 square meter swimming pool. Our houses has every amenties you may need in your holiday.

The apartment is located in a deadend alley, on the top floor of a two level building. It's a cosy and spacious place which is close to the attraction spots, located in a rural area. Magnificent Greek Islands and sunset view. There is A/C (heater/cooler) in the living room and in the double bedroom. There's a portable fan in the small room. There are electric heaters in the bedrooms. There's a 2,5 tons water supply with pump in case of water shortage.

Lovely garden, a large terrace & 2 large balconies. Noiseless, other than birds' singing. Recently renovated, very spacious and fully furnished. Very close to Akyarlar and Karaincir Beaches (400/ 600m, 5/ 8 minutes’ walking distance to each). Baby & children friendly. (Staircase safety doors, bassinet & highchair for kids are available). Hello,If you have any question about house please ask me! Sea is by walking approximately 700-800 meters.House is 85 Meters and 2 +1 rooms.There are lots of groceries around home. Pool is open season time.(15June-15 September) It is rule of Airbnb in Turkey like hotel. During check in time to home please provide passport number or Turkish ID,birth dates and country of passport. Thank you 🙏🏻
