It is a beautiful apartment with a wonderful view of the Mediterranean. It’s a great location, within walking distance of many good restaurants at the Gleem. The apartment is quiet, on the top floor (12) of the building. The kitchen is well-stocked with cooking utensils. The living room is spacious with a Greek decor. It has one large bedroom with sea view and one small bedroom. There is a great balcony overlooking the sea. Nehal is a gracious, accommodating host who makes her guests feel at home.

Spacious and very pretty apartment with sea views. Well isolated and quiet despite the main road that passes below. About ten minutes from the tourist center by taxi, so good location that avoids wasting time (the city is extensive). Owner arranging for check-in and check-out time.

This apartment was truly a GEM! Firstly Esraa was the best, she was super super helpful and nice to us. The pictures didn’t do justice to how the apartment actually looks in person. It was super beautiful and aesthetically pleasing she has an immense taste! Honestly the apartment exceeded all of my expectations . My sister and I felt so much at home and didn’t want to leave. This was hands down one of the best stays I’ve ever had. I can’t recommend this enough and would definitely stay here again in a heart beat. Thank you so much Esraa

Extraordinary woman Hanaa was kind, friendly, and accommodating, and the apartment was very clean. The location was close to the sea, and we felt like we were at home.

We recently stayed at this beautiful villa, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! The highlight of our trip was definitely the backyard, which was everything we hoped for and more. Our family loved spending time cooking together and enjoying the swimming pool. I also want to give a special shout out to Amr. When we got lost on our way to the Villa, he was incredibly helpful and guided us. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return.

From the moment we arrived, we knew this was going to be a special experience. Ala'a’s villa is absolutely stunning — a perfect blend of elegance and comfort that immediately made us feel at home. The lush, beautifully landscaped grounds and the inviting pool were the highlight for my wife and kids; they spent hours splashing around and enjoying the sunshine, creating memories we’ll cherish forever. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated, spacious, and incredibly comfortable — we all slept soundly after busy days exploring or relaxing by the pool. The kitchen was a true joy to cook in; modern, well-equipped, and so convenient for our family’s needs. What truly made our stay exceptional was the communication. Ahmed and Ala'a were incredibly welcoming, responsive, and considerate, ensuring everything went smoothly from start to finish. Their hospitality made us feel like we were visiting family, not just renting a villa. Thank you Ala'a and Ahmed we will sure be back en sha Allah!

The place is really nice and the host is very helpful and responsive. We reached out a few times to the host for assistance or with questions and Dina was very responsive and helpful. The hosts also provided us with a great pdf guidebook about the villa and the area. Pros: spacious and clean modern villa, private bathrooms in each bedroom, nice backyard, nothing major was broken or old Cons: not every bathroom had hot water (yet) nor every bedroom has heated AC (yet). Hard to find Uber in the area, better to have a car with you. Not walkable area I spoke with hosts and they said they will add those in the near future. If it is a very cold day, it might cause some inconvenience

A perfect place for a family getaway or vacation. You won’t find a better place in King Mariout. Amir is a great host. The villa, pool, and gardens are lovely. Highly recommended.

Everything is like the description and the location is beautiful on the Corniche and against Glim Bay, but the sound of cars remains annoying at bedtime .

Yasser is cooperative and honest and tried to make everything easier for us.

The aprtment is very clean and look exactly like the pictures, and Amal is very professional and nice and anytime I need her she was there . The aprtment is so cozy and close to everything. I really love it and not going to be my last time ❤️❤️❤️ Highly recommended
