I had a fantastic experience staying in this cozy room as it was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. Everything was better than described. The building is very secure, well-maintained, and in a prime location with easy access to El Reem Mall & Grocery stores. The most important is being at Vaiani’s home made the stay exceptional also she is incredibly kind, cheerful, generous person and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, the communication was smooth and friendly. The last thing is Sayuri the lovely cute cat that i really miss being around her and i hope that she doesn’t forget me 😻 I’m sure i will come back many times not for a stay only but to see Vaiani & Sayuri 👌😍 Till we meet again 🙏

Really easy check in instructions, clean apartment and good facilities within. The building is quite old which would probably put us off staying again, but that's just a personal preference. Overall we were happy with the cleanliness and the apartment. Would recommend using this company.

This ABNB was fantastic. Place was super clean, spacious and had all the necessities. Location is even better, situated around shops, public transport, access to taxi. Amenities were also great. Host is very responsive and clear with communication. Very easy and smooth.

I stayed at Hassan’s place for few days as i was down there in AUH on business trip. Hassan is very proactive, responsive, cooperative, with lot of local knowledge, always accessible and ready to listen and help a gem of a person. Locality wise the place itself is right in the middle of the town with easy access to most of the places, restaurants, marts & Cornich with easy access to local transport. The place is in a high rise on fifth floor. Hassan has kept it very clean from entrance to hallway to kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The A/C works perfectly fine and high speed internet available Overall a very very good experience. Would like to stay again on my next visit and would highly recommend
