The apartment is good enough for two people and also kitchen is nice for cooking. The host is busy and can’t response fast enough. You can call him anyway if no response. The location is good and there is a nice seaside park just downstairs, also a supermarket. Overall it’s good.

This ABNB was fantastic. Place was super clean, spacious and had all the necessities. Location is even better, situated around shops, public transport, access to taxi. Amenities were also great. Host is very responsive and clear with communication. Very easy and smooth.

Wonderful apartment and a great host! I liked that it was very clean, well maintained, well appointed and modern. The owner was responsive and helpful with any questions I had, thank you for your hospitality! The only thing to note is that there is construction going on nearby and it might disturb someone. But with the windows closed, it was generally comfortable. Thank you!

Amazing view. Beautiful location. Pictures as described. Paid attention to details, had a table beautiful set up for dinner/ lunch with beautiful decorations. Very comfortable place even with kids. Close to Yas Island and downtown Abu Dhabi. Would definitely stay again.

It was extremely nice stay, but unfortunately short, if we come back to Abu Dhabi then we'll definitely book the apartment again. The view (specially at night) is amazing with very nice balcony. The apartment is spacious, we felt like home, check-in was a bit late but went smooth and the apartment was clean. Syed was very helpful and supportive during our stay, the location of the apartment in a very nice neighbourhood. We would recommend booking the apartment, we would definitely be back again.

We loved our stay at this apartment, it was cosy and clean and so close to everything Abu Dhabi has to offer. We visited the CBD, Saadiyat Island and Ferrari World with ease, and enjoyed walks along the marina (despite the UAE summer humidity!) The swing chair on the balcony was a favourite too. Would love to stay here again in future, and highly recommend!

The facilities inside are just as great as shown in the pictures—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is excellent, right in the city center. At first, I was a bit unsure because I had to wait a while during check-in, and the building exterior doesn’t look very impressive. But once I got inside, it was totally worth it. Tip for future guests: it’s best to contact the host about an hour before arrival to ensure a smooth check-in process. Overall, a great stay and I’d be happy to come back!

First of all, I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation to my dear brother Hassan for his hospitality and warm welcome. I felt at home and among my family and friends. Hassan did not hesitate to help us with everything we needed and was in constant contact with me to see if there was anything I needed or needed any help. He also hosted us at his house for coffee and frankly the session with him was fun, friendly, kind and respectful. I was happy to get to know him and I was honored to meet him and I am sure I will return to live in this place again.

I had a very comfortable week here. Everything I needed for daily life was fully provided. I could use several gyms and swimming pools anytime I wanted. There’s a large Carrefour just a 1-minute walk away, right inside the apartment complex, which made grocery shopping super convenient. Even better, there’s a liquor store and a cozy pub on-site. And for coffee lovers, there’s a great café—Lora Coffee—right in the complex as well.

All in all I'm very satisfied. Spotless clean apartment, with everything necessary incl. washing machine, iron etc. It's in the residential tower, feels like it's popular with families, very quiet, and there is a small but adequately equipped gym on premises. Location is great - plenty of restaurants and cafes at Mangrove residence and Sun and Sky towers in 5 minutes walk, grocery store in the same community. Fatma was very easy to reach and communicate with, check-in and check-out easy and well organized. Great place for a short term stay.
