House and property was very enjoyable for a large group. Very peaceful location with great amenities such as fishing, pool, and pickleball court. The owners were extremely polite and very helpful with anything we needed. I highly recommend this Airbnb and will be back in the future.

Close to the airport and close to the restaurants and bars around. From the moment I walked in, I knew I made the right decision on staying here. The private balcony was a nice bonus.

This place was amazing!! It surpassed what we expected and it was just what we needed after spending over 10 hours on the road with 4 toddlers. The playground and all the things to do out back was AWESOME! It was so nice to have them run around and play right before getting on the road again. Would have loved to stay here longer! The inside was immaculate as well and beds were very comfortable and the entire house was spotless. Thank you Fidel Alberto for making us feel right at home!

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely adorable and had so much for us to do—we never ran out of ways to relax and have fun. Everything was spotless and so well taken care of. The hosts were fantastic—so kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, fun, and welcoming getaway! 10/10 recommend! The town about (20 minutes) away is also SO friendly! They have the cutest little coffee shop that is so yummy! We were so happy to stay somewhere where there are sweet people & so many fun things to do.

Taajah was a wonderful host with a beautiful home. It was very clean, comfortable and was perfect for what we needed! Very peaceful neighborhood! We stayed a full week for baseball. We were able to enjoy the pool, cook dinner ourselves and we were very close to shopping. Taajah’s instructions and descriptions were very clear and easy to understand. Highly recommend booking with Taajah if you are staying in the Hoover area!

Overall, we had a positive experience. The home itself was very comfortable—each bedroom we used had its own bathroom, which was a great convenience. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we would have needed had we chosen to cook. The location felt safe, in a small town setting that’s close to stores, restaurants, and other conveniences. There’s a fantastic little restaurant within walking distance called Tin Top that we highly recommend. Do note that the property is next to a well-traveled road, so vehicle noise was noticeable at times. We used white noise to sleep, which worked well for us, but light sleepers may want to come prepared. We had a minor issue at the start of our stay, but the host was very prompt, professional, and eager to provide a resolution, which we truly appreciated. Mary accommodated us at the spur of a moment and even at a late time! We had no intentions of renting an Airbnb but there were no hotels to accommodate my family of six. Honestly, the best thing that could have happened was to not be accommodated by the hotels. I’d much rather have this experience anyhow. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and such a peaceful place outside of town but close enough to get to many places within five to ten minutes. Thank you, Mary! We appreciate you!

Place was really close to UAB School of Nursing, like a 6-8 minutes drive. Worked great, because I was able to take lunch and make it back to my school intensive in a short time.

I loved staying at Justin's home. So nice and had everything we needed. I would 100% to stay here again.

Great place to stay while playing farm links at pursell farms

Our daughter's wedding was at the Barn at Shady Lane just right across the road. It was convenient not only to the venue but to some great restaurants and even a Publix grocery store up the road. We would recommend this place to family and friends even if there was not wedding going on for them. Norman was an excellent host and communicated very well. Good guy.

The home was wonderful! The location was perfect for attending the SEC tournament in Hoover. Close to retail and grocery stores. Felt very safe in the neighborhood.

Marc and Barbara are great! Super nice awesome people! Our AC Thermostat stopped working and Marc responded right away and had the People over to fix and get it the new thermostat installed within 30 minutes, was very pleased with Marc with how professional and friendly he is and with Barbara working with us on our stay dates and helping us extend stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was very clean, cozy, and located in a quiet, peaceful area. We loved hearing birds chirping in the mornings while enjoying coffee on the front or back porch. The property had thoughtful touches and fun activities that kept the kids entertained. The host was extremely responsive and kind—always quick to help whenever we reached out.

Cute adorable, historical house! Mitch was very helpful! Perfect house for my family and I to stay in for two weeks while we waited to close on our house. The back yard was perfect for our dog with the fence. The beds are super comfy and the kitchen has everything you need! Even tho this is located near downtown Birmingham I still felt very safe. The Neighbour is very nice, and made me feel safe also! Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay. We LOVED sitting on the front porch in the morning, and later in the evening.
