Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Alajuelita

My stay at Moises place was very enjoyable. The apartment is very modern and clean. The balcony provides a great view over San Jose. As others have mentioned the noise of the train can be a little annoying if you’re not used to city noises, in particular there is a lot of train honking and not just the train passing by even so I didn’t need to use the earplugs provided.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The place is well decorated and it feels like a true home. The kitchen is very well stocked with all sorts of utensils, cooking-ware, and plates and bowls. Lots of classic books to read and comfortable furniture to lounge in. I spent a month here working full time. It has a proper office chair and desk to work at. The internet and wifi is also really solid 200Mbps+. The location is amazing. Many restaurants within 5-15 minutes walk and very safe. I would often grab dinner after sunset and always felt safe. There is also a Fresh Market (convenience store) 5 minutes down the street to grab. I recommend the freshly baked croissants there if you don't feel like going out. It's very quiet and peaceful at night here as well. Overall, this place is perfect for short or long stays. Irene was also very nice and responsive host. Would definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area.

This apartment was perfect for my stay. The location is great with everything in pretty much walking distance. The place was immaculate, bed was very comfortable and convenient parking in garage below. Fernanda was responsive and helpful. Will definitely stay here again!

We had a very pleasant stay at the place! It has a cool mountain view and you can hear the birds chirping. When we needed something for the unit, Pedro came right over and he's a super duper nice guy!! We love the big TV in the living room and how the kitchen had a few extras like coffee, sugar, tea, etc. Highly recommend the place ❤️

Mainor was super nice to us, we arrived with 5 young people and he offered to be our adoptive dad so I think we got along well. He even offered us a bottle and suggested activities, I really recommend it! Thank you so much for this stay!!!

A beautiful and very quiet place, Manuel was super attentive to all the questions and requests we had. A place of great peace and privacy. It really met all our expectations!!!

I had an amazing stay! The home was spacious, spotless, and well-stocked with extra towels and linens. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. The kitchen had everything I needed, including a blender-perfect for making fresh juice. The beds were super comfortable and the large couch was great for relaxing. The outdoor space was also great, with a covered patio, plenty of seating, and a beautiful limón tree. The fully fenced backyard was perfect for my dog, and the safe, walkable neighborhood even had a dog park. Other great touches included fast WiFi, a private driveway, and a special care package for my pup. The home was peaceful and welcoming-I'll definitely be back!

The location is excellent, with everything you need to have a good time, clean, tidy and warm. We felt comfortable and safe.

Rober’s villa was absolutely gorgeous! Every space was tastefully decorated with beautiful art & sculpture. The enclosed patios lined with bouganvillia along with the comfort of lounging & dining indoors made the space truly feel like a Mediterranean getaway worlds away from the hustle & bustle of the surrounding town. Will be our new go to anytime we’re in the area!

I spent a couple of days with my family and we liked the place a lot. We take advantage of the common areas and the restaurants, which makes it very practical without the need to travel by vehicle. Another important factor is the location of the building, which is good if you have to be in the San José area. The host Salvador was always available for any questions.

A very good place to stay, they are always attentive to the inquiries you make and the accommodation is very comfortable, safe, and has an excellent location.

There was plenty of space for our family in this clean condo. The complex has great amenities and the condo was stocked with the necessities.
