Holiday rentals with a patio in Alajuelita

if your going to stay in Costa Rica, this is definitely a good place to stay. a comfortable apartment with nice amenities in the building (pool, small indoor kids playground, bar, gym, car park), helpful and responsive hosts, and short Uber distance from the city center

This is our 3rd stay in this complex. We love this location: close to restaurants, neighborhood market, walks in Sabana Park. The building is newer and well maintained with security, a front desk, pool, laundry facilities in the building, public areas for lounging, a lobby bar with a dinner menu, elevators. Be sure to check out the roof top for 360 views. There is onsite parking as but we did not utilize parking. We walked or used Uber. This space is as the photos show. Efficient and well equipped, clean with wonderful views of the mountains. There is TV in the bedroom and AC for this unit. Management from start to finish was always very quick to answer questions. We would stay here again.

I stayed for a full month and could not have been happier. Maria is such a wonderful host. Very quick to respond and gave advice on things to do in the area. The apartment is very clean and in an amazing location. Close to Ruta 39, 27 and could get to any place in minutes. I felt secure with the security in place as well. Very nice and thorough at their job. Overall, if i ever needed to stay in the area again, Maria’s place would be my first choice. Thank you Maria for allowing me into your home and I feel like i made a friend here in Costa Rica.

Gabriel’s place was so nice! The apartment was easy to get to, clean and tidy, and was walkable to lots of places! Gabriel also sent lots of recommendations for food and beverage. The parking was SO convenient and front desk staff were friendly. This place is great to explore San Jose! Thank you Gabriel, we hope to be back!!

The location was perfect. It was close to the airport and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants. The home had a warm, welcoming feel. I only stayed one night, but I’d definitely return!

Such a wonderful house in an excellent location. We went with our four kids, and had a great time. Privacy, yet just minutes away from all the action of Escazú. We felt very safe, and enjoyed the ample space the house offers. Bonus for having an AMAZING view- especially at night with the city view of all the lights. Highly recommend!

I’m an expat living in the southern part of CR. I fly out of SJO 3 or 4 times a year, and usually stay at the Fairfield or the Courtyard because of their proximity to the airport. I decided to try something different this time and I’m so glad I did! Not only was it less than half the price of staying in a hotel, it was WAY nicer. It’s a safe, quiet neighborhood, walking distance to City Mall (3 minutes) and all of its shops and restaurants, and only $6 Uber to the airport. Carolina is very quick to respond to any messages, and you can tell she cares about your experience. I especially loved that there was an ice maker in the door of the fridge (super rare in bnb’s in CR) and the snacks and water provided. The apartment practically sparkled it was so clean! Full-sized washer and dryer, 2 bathrooms with showers, comfortable bed and sofa… this was absolutely the best value of any stay I’ve experienced in CR. I will DEFINITELY be back!

Lymon is beyond exceptional as a Host and as an individual. Every time I sent a message to Lymon he responded quickly. The building is very secure with a guard at the front gate. Location is central and was just what I needed. I had just underwent major surgery. The second day at his flat I realized I needed support and help. I messaged Lymon via Airbnb - my crisis number at the time and within 30 minutes someone was at my door to help me! Edith, my angel, is so awesome! She truly is a gem; she helped me with everything in the condo and came by twice a day to make sure I was ok. I did pay her; that’s just normal. I am so very grateful and privileged to have met these 2 special souls. If you have any questions let me know!
