The "Crooked Cottage" on Abruzzo hills

Old 1800's rural house completely renovated with all comforts located in the outskirts of a small village in the Abruzzo pre-Apennines. 30 minutes by car from the Adriatic coast, 40 minutes from Gran Sasso and Maiella mountains (+2000 mt) and 2 hours by car from Rome. The house is equipped with a wooden deck of 20 m² facing south with views of the valley and the surrounding woods, suitable for outdoor dinners and lunches, yoga, meditation in complete tranquility and privacy.

“Corte dell’Annunziata”, located in the historic center of Sulmona, stands out for its elegant furnishings, attention to detail and its large private garden - a peaceful retreat where guests can relax. The property offers a shaded patio, a gazebo for outdoor breakfasts and meals, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, a barbecue perfect for cookouts with friends, and a hot tub (available only from May to September). An authentic stay combining history, comfort, and nature.

Casapensiero

Rest, nature and tradition among olive groves and renowned wineries overlooking the mountains of Abruzzo. Straddling the sea and mountains, it's a great starting point for exploring the area. A few kilometers from the main highway connections and the historic center of Nocciano. Possibility of horseback riding and cycling along the Nora river. A visit to the castle of Nocciano and the hamlet of Villa Badessa, a center of Greco-Byzantine culture, is interesting.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

JANNAMARE - Jannamaro's house by the sea

A cozy and bright house on the beach of Francavilla al Mare, on the border with Pescara. Finely furnished and equipped with all amenities. Consisting of a large living room with sofa bed, TV and fireplace, kitchen, three bedrooms, three bathrooms with shower, one of which is external. Large terrace on the beach. Air conditioning and underfloor heating. Ideal for enjoying the summer nightlife of the Riviera and the peace and tranquility of the sea in winter.

La Masseria

Live an authentic experience in an unspoiled rural place! La Masseria is an old farmhouse hidden in a peaceful secular olive grove overlooking Mount Maiella. Set high on a hill it is away from it all but it is only 3km from Tocco da Casauria village, 5km from the highway, 45km from the main local town Pescara. Experience the rural spirit of the interiors, relax under the shade of a hundred olive trees or head off to discover the best of the surroundings.

Villa between the sea and the mountains

A few minutes from the sea and ski slopes, nestled in the hills of Pescarese but only 25 minutes from the sea, 40 minutes from the mountains and a 5-minute drive to the highway. Only SMALL dogs are allowed. The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.

A short walk away you will find a farmhouse with swimming pool, within walking distance, where you can spend a day of pleasant relaxation.
