A shop is right next to the house, the sea is 7 minutes' walk, the center is 3 km away, a Metro shop and a shopping center are nearby. Electricity is charged additionally according to the meter.

The house has been newly renovated. It has been designed in a very useful way. Everything you need will be at hand. The house is located in the middle of two big market places. There is a tunnel extending from the house to the beach. It is enough to walk only 50 meters. The house is centrally located and very quiet place without some hotels nearby. The electricity fee meter is read and you are prompted. There are no other extra charges.
