We stayed at Theo’s apartment as a big family for two weeks and were very happy! The location is great: quiet, green, not crowded with tourists, but everything is nearby — bakery, shops, cafes, beach, bus stop. Mahmutlar center is just 15 mins by bus. The apartment is spacious and comfortable: A/C in every room, comfy beds, good appliances, and lovely balconies. The complex has pools, slides, hydromassage, sauna, hammam, steam room (last two didn’t work), and a BBQ. Most of the time we had the pool to ourselves, which was amazing! Theo is a great host — super responsive and helpful. Minor suggestions: more kitchenware (wine glasses, mugs, spatulas) and some balcony furniture would be nice to enjoy the views. Overall, we had a great stay and would love to come back!

We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. It is a brand new apartment in a brand new building really close to the beach and all the other main attractions in Alanya. We found the place as described and matched the photos. Talha is a really helpful host. The wifi worked well throughout our stay. Our unit was on the first floor so any noise from the outside (such as dog barking and people chatting at restaurant next door) could be heard at all hours. Otherwise and overall, we had a great stay and recommend this place.

Останавливались на 1 месяц. Квартира соответствует описанию. Была проблема со светом, но сразу вызвали электрика и все починили. Так же закончился газ, и в этот же день нам привезли новый балон с газом. Так как мы были с ребенком, хозяин купил нам десткий стул и ванну для ребенка. Все вопросы быстро решались через помощницу Анну. Проживание было комфортное, до моря идти 2-3 минуты. Единственный минус это был 5ый этаж, но нам было нормально. Спасибо за гостеприимство!

Ev çok temizdi. Gerekli herşey mevcuttu, jakuzi, mangal imkanı, günbatımı manzarası, açık deniz manzarası ve yeşil alanıyla harikaydı. Sessiz, sakinlik isteyenler için birebir diyebilirim. Ev sahibi Hakan bey bize esnek giriş saati, mutfakta eksik malzememiz olduğunda destek olması, sohbeti ve güleryüzüyle çok kibar ve yardımsever davrandı. Kesinlikle tekrar Alanya-Gazipaşa bölgesine geldiğimde tercih edeceğim ev sahibi oldu kendisi.

Avec toutes les fonctionnalités qui marchent! avantage des acces piscines et pour ce qui est du reste de l'hotel les prestations sont payantes mais reste accessible et tres agreable aussi! Dmitry est toujours disponible et joingnable! super sejour pour 5 personnes nous avons été plus que satisfait.

Hei! Ystävällinen majoittaja. Heti vasta viesteihin. Saapuminen meillä oli kesällä yötä sisäänkirjautuminen oli todella hyvin kerrottu etukäteen sekä muut ohjeet esim. vesi, sähkö ja netti. Asunto oli siisti ja kaikki tarvittavat asumista varten oli valmiina. Kaupat, tori, ravintolat ja ranta ovat tosi lähellä.

Harika konumu var, ev içerisindeki her şey temiz ve düzenliydi. Margarita hanım çok sevecen ve yardımsever bir ev sahibi. Çok memnun kaldık.

Öncelikle Ömer Beye mükemmel ev sahipliği için tekrardan teşekkür ediyorum. Evi şehirden uzaklaşmak ve kafa dinlemek için birebir. Sabah kahvemi deniz kenarında içmek, akşamüstü serin suda yüzmek gerçekten unutulmazdı. Alanyaya sadece Ömer beyin evi için geldik ve ne kadar doğru bir karar aldığımızı tekrar tekrar fark ettik Ev temiz, kullanışlı ve fotoğraflardakinden daha güzel. Tüm temel ihtiyaçlar düşünülmüş, hiçbir eksik hissetmedik. Ev sahibi de çok ilgili ve yardımcıydı, giriş çıkış süreci çok rahattı. Kendi özel beach alanına ve havuza sahip olmak bu evi diğerlerinden ayırıyor. Kalabalıktan uzakta, tamamen size ait bir alanın keyfi gerçekten bambaşkaymış. Doğayla iç içe, sade ama çok keyifli bir tatil oldu. Denize kıyıdan giriş mevcut ve tatilimiz boyunca deniz altını izlemek en keyifli aktivitemiz oldu. Balık yuvalarının bulunması inanılmaz canlı bir deniz altı sunuyor. Konaklamanıza gitmeden deniz gözlüğünüzü ve şnorkelinizi almayı unutmayın :)

Dairenin konumu çok iyi,içersinde gereken her malzeme var,ev sahibi her konuda yardımcı oldu.Güzel bir konaklamaydı.

We stayed for 2 weeks at this wonderful apartment. It is exactly as described. So spacious and super comfortable. It was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Absolutely magnificent views of Alanya from the terrace. Easy self check in and out Hulya was always quick to respond to any queries. Highly recommended.

Die Unterkunft ist richtig schick und topmodern. Bequeme Sofas, tolles Bett. Die Loggia eignet sich gut, um nasse Badesachen zu trocknen. Es wird recht schnell warm und ein bisschen stickig dort, schließt am besten die Loggia, die sich ziemlich schnell aufheizt. Dafür kann man aber gut die elektrischen Rollos und die Klimaanlage nutzen, es gibt mehrere, die man variabel einstellen kann. Das Küchenequipment ist in Ordnung. Die Lage ist wirklich top, in fünf Minuten ist man am schönen Kleopatra Strand, Busse und Taxis gut erreichbar, auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nicht weit weg. Es wird derzeit gebaut in unmittelbarer Umgebung, aber wir fanden es nicht zu laut. Einchecken und Auschecken war unkompliziert. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Very good hotel to stay in would stay again. It was close to city centre -20 min bus journey away. The receptionist was very helpful throughout our stay. Honestly nothing bad to say about the property

Çok memnun kaldık! İkinci defa geliyorum ailemle beraber. Serhat Bey çok iyi bir host. Bize her konuda yardımcı oldu. Çok kolay ulaşılır ve iletişimi harikadır. Yolum düşerse, tekrar onun evinde kalmak isterim.

Oppholdet til meg og vennene mine var veldig fint i leiligheten til Camilla! Vi fikk god service og alle som jobbet der var veldig høflige og snille, og de ga raskt svar og hjalp fort om det trengtes noe. Det ligger foreløpig ved siden av en leilighet som bygges, men det la man så vidt merke til og skapte ingen forstyrrelser. Ligger også rett ved en gjestfri og god restaurant, samt gåavstand til det meste man trenger og fine strender! Vi vil anbefale sterkt, og kommer gjerne igjen om vi skal til Alanya igjen!

It was immediately clear that he genuinely cared. When I arrived, the place was spotless and even more beautiful than the photos. Thoughtful touches were everywhere: drinks in the kitchen, a personalized welcome, and great local recommendations tailored to my interests. What really stood out was how attentive Serhat was without ever being intrusive. He checked in just the right amount to make sure I had everything I needed, and when I had a small question, his response was immediate and helpful. Serhat is the kind of host who makes you feel like a guest in a friend’s home. I left feeling grateful and and I’ll absolutely be booking again. If you’re lucky enough to stay here, you’re in excellent hands!
