We stayed at Theo’s apartment as a big family for two weeks and were very happy! The location is great: quiet, green, not crowded with tourists, but everything is nearby — bakery, shops, cafes, beach, bus stop. Mahmutlar center is just 15 mins by bus. The apartment is spacious and comfortable: A/C in every room, comfy beds, good appliances, and lovely balconies. The complex has pools, slides, hydromassage, sauna, hammam, steam room (last two didn’t work), and a BBQ. Most of the time we had the pool to ourselves, which was amazing! Theo is a great host — super responsive and helpful. Minor suggestions: more kitchenware (wine glasses, mugs, spatulas) and some balcony furniture would be nice to enjoy the views. Overall, we had a great stay and would love to come back!

We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. It is a brand new apartment in a brand new building really close to the beach and all the other main attractions in Alanya. We found the place as described and matched the photos. Talha is a really helpful host. The wifi worked well throughout our stay. Our unit was on the first floor so any noise from the outside (such as dog barking and people chatting at restaurant next door) could be heard at all hours. Otherwise and overall, we had a great stay and recommend this place.

Really beautiful apartment, nice located, close to the beach and restaurants without noise from the city. Beautiful views from balcony and all windows. 5th floor without elevator so if you have problem walking maybee this is not the best place for you. Anna- the assiatance for Tatiana is really sweet and helpfull, always responding and really carrying about you and your holiday. I will definitely come back to this place.

The house was very clean. Everything necessary was available, it was wonderful with its jacuzzi, barbecue, sunset view, open sea view and green area. I can say that it is perfect for those who want silence and calmness. The host Mr. Hakan was very kind and helpful with his flexible check-in time, support when we were missing ingredients in the kitchen, conversation and smiling face. She was the host I would definitely prefer when I come to Alanya-Gazipaşa region again.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. This is an apartment that matches the photos. The apartment is very close to the beach. (6-8 minute walk). Downhill to the beach, back uphill This is the best corner of Cleopatra beach. This was very important to us. Very nice surroundings. Occasionally for cooking. Everything was just fine. We were 6 adults. Value was right.

Bright spacious accommodation! With all the functionalities that work! advantage of swimming pool access and for the rest of the hotel the services are paid but remains accessible and very pleasant too! Dmitry is always available and joingnable! great stay for 5 people we were more than satisfied.

First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Omer again for being a great host. Her house is perfect for getting away from the city and relaxing. Having my morning coffee by the sea, swimming in the cool water in the afternoon was truly unforgettable. We came to Alanya just for Mr. Omer's house and we repeatedly realized how right we made a decision The house is clean, convenient, and nicer than the photos. All the basics are thought out, we didn't feel anything missing. The host was also very caring and helpful, and the check-in and checkout process was very convenient. Having its own private beach area and pool sets this house apart from others. Away from the crowds, the enjoyment of a space all to yourself is truly something else. It was a simple but very pleasant holiday in touch with nature. There is an entrance to the sea from the shore and it was our most enjoyable activity to watch the sea during our holiday. The presence of fish nests offers an incredibly vibrant submarine. Don't forget to take your sea goggles and snorkel without going to your stay:)

It’s comfortable, modern house. host was responsive allowed to check-in earlier, always ready to help and polite. Also, you get free access to lots of stuff like gym, cinema etc. House is clean and it has everything you need.

We stayed for 2 weeks at this wonderful apartment. It is exactly as described. So spacious and super comfortable. It was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Absolutely magnificent views of Alanya from the terrace. Easy self check in and out Hulya was always quick to respond to any queries. Highly recommended.

The space is really chic and state-of-the-art. Comfortable sofas, great bed. The loggia is well suited for drying wet swimsuits. It gets warm quite quickly and a bit stuffy there, best to close the loggia, which heats up pretty quickly. But you can easily use the electric blinds and the air conditioning, there are several that can be adjusted variably. The kitchen equipment is ok. The location is really great, in five minutes you are easily accessible on the beautiful Cleopatra beach, buses and taxis, also shopping not far away. It is currently being built in the immediate vicinity, but we didn't find it too loud. Checking in and out was straightforward. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at Ali's apartment from April 27 to May 7, we loved everything insanely😻 the apartment was like in the pictures, even better. Would definitely recommend. The view from the balcony is just gorgeous🥰 every time I visit Alanya, I will definitely use Ali's services!

Thankyou for sorting out our transfers they were easy to spot at the airport and well on time for our return journey with nice spacious cars. Your help was much appreciated and made for a lovely nice few days away for us all!! I would definitely return back to your place if we need a place to stay in Turkey again. Very good hotel to stay in would stay again. It was close to city centre -20 min bus journey away. The receptionist was very helpful throughout our stay. Honestly nothing bad to say about the property

I have stayed at Orhans apartment several times now. Orhans place is really nice. Clean, good neighborhood, close to the Main Street with restaurants and shops. Close to beach or pool clubs. Very clean on arrival. Orhan helped me with any confusion, and answered within minutes each time. Orhans place comes with my highest recommendations.

We were very satisfied! I'm coming for the second time with my family. Mr. Serhat is a very good host. He helped us in every way. Very easy to reach and great communication. If I fall, I would like to stay at her place again.
