Experienced the best stay at David’s place, situated with an amazing view to the serene backwaters! The location is not just breathtakingly beautiful but also incredibly convenient! The accommodation facing the backwaters was rejuvenating and relaxing! The interiors of the rooms were really cozy including the great washrooms! Sitting in the gazebo here facing the backwaters was another great experience! The ambience of this place with garden, outdoor swing, private plunge pool, private jacuzzi, kayaks and a lot of birds around makes it a really magical place to stay! David is a wonderful host being very helpful and responsive to all our needs! He was available whenever needed and made sure we were comfortable! Adding to it, his staffs too were really lovely being always attentive and helpful to all our needs! I would highly recommend staying at David’s place and really enjoy this wonderful place!

Absolutely Perfect Getaway! We had a wonderful stay at Shore Stories in Alleppey! The property is beautifully maintained and has private beach access, which made our mornings and evenings incredibly serene. It's a calm and peaceful place—perfect to escape the chaos of city life. Ajay, the host, was exceptionally welcoming and responsive. Just a message away at any time, he went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. He even helped us arrange a private celebration, and everything was handled smoothly and thoughtfully. Whether you’re planning a short trip or a long stay, this place is a must-visit. Plus, Zomato and Swiggy deliveries are available, which is a big plus for convenience. Highly recommend staying here if you're in Kerala!

An Unforgettable Experience on the Backwaters! This was our very first time on a houseboat, and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience. The stay was absolutely magical — serene waters, gentle breezes, and the soft rhythm of the boat made every moment feel like a dream. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Jose chetan, who took care of every single detail with warmth and efficiency. From the warm welcome to the delicious Kerala meals on board, everything was thoughtfully arranged and flawlessly executed. His hospitality made us feel completely at home. The houseboat itself was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained. Watching the sunset from the deck was truly unforgettable. This stay exceeded all our expectations, and we left with hearts full of gratitude and wonderful memories. Highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Alleppey — and if you’re lucky enough to have Mr. Jose as your host, you’re in for something truly special.

I really enjoyed my stay at the corner room—it was peaceful, scenic, and great value for money. The room was clean, comfortable, and just a few steps from the beautiful backwaters, which made for such a calming atmosphere. Manu was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay, always just a message away if I needed anything. The location is very quiet and perfect if you're looking to unwind. If you're visiting in April, be prepared for some heat— can get quite warm around this time —but the AC and fan in the room kept things comfortable. Overall, a lovely experience. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a serene, local experience with a great host.

loved Neela waters stay. Good things: beautiful location right on beach, spotless room and bathroom, friendly host and homely vibe, at last very tasty food. Improvements : would have been great if there was shampoo and body wash as well but still worth every penny. don't know if it's the off season or what but not many restaurants open around. Overall, nothing less than a 5 star!! would love to come back.

The room was slightly smaller than expected but nevertheless comfortable. The food was good. We had planned several activities in Alleppey, but the private beach access at the property was so beautiful that we didn’t feel the need to go anywhere else. We spent the entire day on the private beach, enjoying both dinner and breakfast by the sea. It was truly a unique and memorable experience. The property owner, Benny, and the manager, Boney, were exceptional hosts. Boney, in particular, went out of his way to ensure all our needs were met. We would definitely love to visit again whenever we are in Alleppey.

Notre séjour chez Vinod et Reena fut véritablement le coup de cœur de notre voyage au Kerala ! Leur maison et leur jardin sont magnifiquement entretenus et décorés, les photos ne rendent pas justice à la beauté de cet écrin de verdure. L'étage est privatisé pour les voyageurs, avec une entrée privée, ce qui fait qu'on se sent vraiment chez soi et que l'intimité est préservée. Le petit salon ouvert, la chambre et la salle de bain sont très joliment meublés, l'air circule très bien avec les fenêtres ouvertes, on s'y sent très apaisés. Et on est au calme ! Nous avons pris tous nos repas à la maison, la cuisine de Reena est délicieuse ! Ce fut nos meilleurs repas du voyage. Tout est délicatement pensé, de la décoration de la table jusqu'au dressage des plats. Pour ne rien gâcher Vinod et Reena sont très chaleureux et acceuillants, ils mettent tout en oeuvre pour que votre séjour se passe le mieux possible. Et comment ne pas parler de Bruno, le teckel de la maison, si attachant !

The place was super nice, right next to the ocean. Great facilities. Both Diphna and her mom were amazing hosts, always asked if we needed something, prepared amazing breakfast and also booked us a autorickshaw on our way out. They also provided 1 hour extra stay at the house as our train was a bit later. Overall highly recommended. Very warm hosts, and very nice place to relax and unwind
