Beachfront holiday rentals in Alaquàs

Great apartment for a family looking to visit Valencia and enjoy the beach. Plenty of restaurants and food markets in the area within easy walking distance. $15-$20 taxi rides into the old town of Valencia. We booked our own trips to the airport but the hostess had her recommendation. Parking available for a rental car which we did use for one day, but in general you don't need a rental car. One point that might not be totally obvious...there are two porches - one facing the front (beach), and the other facing the back (street). Helpful because you can either stay in or avoid the sun as needed. We hope to return some day. Valencia exceeded my expectations, and I've been to Madrid and Barcelona many times (not that those aren't nice cities as well).

The host is very friendly, enthusiastic, introduces all the features of the house one by one, and enthusiastically recommends nearby restaurants and attractions.

Alain was an incredibly kind and responsive host. The location is gorgeous. Steps away from the beach and with a beautiful view. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Cullera! Would recommend this location 100%

We had a wonderful stay at Jaime’s apartment in Valencia! The place was very clean and spacious, perfect for our family. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the pool as we arrived a bit early in the season and it wasn’t open yet. However, the area where the apartment is located was ideal for children – quiet, safe, and very close to the beach! We honestly couldn’t find a single downside. Everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Jaime! We hope to stay at your place again next time we're in Valencia!

We had two great weeks in Cullera and apartment was fantastic. Super nice view, quiet, equipped with everything and morning sun. You absolutely need a car to get to the apartment and can park there. You drive down the mountain and are immediately at a very nice beach, and in five minutes you are at the Consum supermarket. It is fifteen minutes to the station in Cullera, where a train to Valencia leaves every half hour. Public transport is practically free, you can't compete with that. There is a very nice hiking trail of about 14 km behind the apartment over the mountain and this also passes the castle in Cullera. At the bottom of the mountain on the left and then 10 minutes walk are the restaurants Benavent and Mare e Monti, in Cullera center is Desi and further south by the river is Casa Salvador. For me, it was a very good stay in every way. The sea is in front and the house is very nice and it is a very typical Valencian environment, which those who know how to appreciate will love. It's a quiet area but everything is very close. And you can go at any time of the year. There are few places like that. I believe that it is an area with a series of advantages that are not found elsewhere.

This is the 2nd property of Loly’s we booked in a span of 2 weeks and it is exactly as described in the listing. The home is in very close proximity (5min walk) to the beach, fitness center, bus stops, super market and many nice cafés/restaurants along the beach. The apartment on the 3rd floor is stunning and spacious with a beautiful balcony and having views of the ocean from different rooms. The kitchen is very well equipped and great for a group staying for a longer duration as well. Host, Loly is very prompt with her communication, helpful and provides good guidance. And a special mention to her local friend Lara who was super helpful and prompt with sightseeing and restaurant selections

Great hostess, very clean apartment! Maria responds quickly to questions. I was there with my two daughters, 7 and 9 years old. Good restaurants are (mostly) within walking distance! There is no subway connection. The city can be reached by bus or, as we had, by car in 20 minutes. Large supermarket 1 km away. There are no souvenirs or other shopping options, but if you want that, you can go to the city anyway. The beach is beautiful and never crowded. Almost everything is available in the apartment (parasol for the beach, beach towels, washing machine, etc.). Hand washing is required for the dishes, as there is no dishwasher available. However, flushing utensils are also available. Upon the 1st entry into the apartment, we immediately felt comfortable! We were thoroughly satisfied, and would definitely come back at any time 🥰👍

The house is so stunning, actually looks better than the photos with fantastic views from every angle. There are lots of outdoor spaces both sunny and shaded. Great air conditioning too. We had the pool to ourselves every day we went down to it and at various times of day, although we went in the last week of May when the resort was quiet. You can walk to the beach and supermarket but a car is easier. Local beach was stunning. Beautiful sandy coasts, and quiet in May. Lovely cocktail bar within walking distance on the beach with snacks. Just a note there are a lot of steps both in the house and down to the pool. But absolutely worth it for the views from the pool which is huge, and the views from all around the villa. Wilfred was amazing with communication, showed us around the villa and was very fast to reply to texts. Recommend this beautiful local hidden restaurant along the river , and said to go at sunset time. Was amazing, the whole trip was beautiful thank you so much!

Very first line of the beach, nothing was missing in the house, we were very comfortable and Mary's service was impeccable.

We were in Valencia for 6 days for work. Communication with Susi was great and always very helpful. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Behind the house there are also parking spaces, but on the street there are also parking spaces. We also used the common pool more often. 5 minutes walk there is a supermarket and the beach is also not far away. We felt very comfortable here. Many thanks again to Susi.

This was a great place to stay! Carmen (the host), met us to provide the key and show us around the apartment. The apartment was as advertised in the pictures, very clean and easy to get around. It’s located very close to the beach, so was only a short walk everyday back and forth. Iris (Carmens daughter) and Carmen were in constant contact to make sure we were having a good time and to help with anything we needed. Overall I highly recommend this place, if you’re looking for something close to the beach, that’s comfortable, clean and well maintained.

Kitty’s place was very well fitted out and we particularly loved the loft bedroom and rooftop terrace which for practical purposes with drying washing (we are on the road 100 days) worked well for us. The premises are a short 10 min walk to the beach and fab bars and eating establishments - also just 5-7 min walk to tram and bus - definitely ticks all the boxes and would stay again. If you enjoy quiet and a good nights sleep and the convenience of proximity - this is a good choice ❤️

The stay was super nice. Daiana was very nice to us and sent a dossier before the stay, which was very helpful, for example, for bus trips or taxis. In addition, she responds very quickly and also answers questions about the environment and other small things. The way to Valencia is very good and without changes thanks to the bus line in the village. The well-equipped kitchen can be used very well to cook for yourself. The location on the beach is great, you can hear the sea rushing and can take beautiful walks on the promenade. Overall, the accommodation is perfect for a vacation for two. We enjoyed the time very much and may come back.😁☺️
