Tiny house holiday rentals in Alaska

Wonderful stay in the cozy cabin. Extremely comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen area, gorgeous surroundings. We took hikes on the Iditarod trail each morning, a short walk from the cabin. Perfect spot to explore Kenai Fjords NP and Seward.

This is such a great tiny house with an amazing view of Kachemak Bay, mountains and glacier. We had everything we needed for a peaceful 3 day getaway. Beds are comfortable, plenty of hot water, and great water pressure. Area is so peaceful. short drive to Homer Spit. Host was proactive and easily available if we needed. A lovely stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed this little cabin! It had everything we needed and more for our 2 night stay... the design within the limited space was really well thought out. Would happily stay here again!

Our favorite place we stayed in Alaska. A beautiful constructed cabin by Larry. Used his canoes and kayak to paddle on a peacful lake and adventured to his first cabin he built. Friendly dogs my kids enjoyed. They kindly shared bug nets for mosquitoes. He gave us great reccomendations on things to do and places to eat.

Beautiful location and the sauna was amazing

Alison's place was beautiful and charming. It had a European country feel to it. The place felt right of out of a fairy tale. It was romantic and magical, my husband and I loved it there. Would highly recommend for people looking to escape from the stress and worries of a busy city life. We couldn't spend the full 2 days there as we had other plans made, but we wanted to stay longer. Alison was an amazing host, she helped us with an early check-in and provided us with great local recommendations. We ended up going to the thai place for food, and the river jet experience she recommended. One point to note is that the kitchen and some of the appliances are old fashioned and may not always work, Alison is very helpful and would help to resolve it, but if you're looking for a place that has all modern and updated amenities, this may not be the ideal choice. But if you're looking for a magical and tranquil escape age don't care about some of these minor issues, this is highly recommended!

Angela was a great communicator, super helpful from the start! I had this spot saved back when we were supposed to come to Alaska in 2023, so the outhouse caught us a little off guard due to not refreshing myself on amenities… but hey, we’re hardy Midwesterners, we adjusted just fine. 😉 Thankfully the fan kept things cool and comfy for sleeping, and I can only imagine how magical this place must be in the winter with the Northern Lights dancing overhead!

I stayed at Jess' place for 6 nights while visiting Haines solo to do some wildlife photography. Jess was very helpful pre-booking to assist me with vital requirements for my visit. She was also very flexible in allowing me to check-in and check-out on my schedule in order to maximize my time in Haines. This added guest service was much appreciated. Regarding the place itself, it was clean, comfortable and well appointed with all necessary supplies and amenities that I required. I ate all meals in-house and had all necessary equipment in order to prepare and cook. The shower was hot and relaxing, the bed was comfortable and the temperature of the space could be easily regulated via a very efficient and responsive heating unit. I experienced a minor issue upon arrival with my Wifi connection but the issue was quickly and effectively resolved after I made Jess aware of it. If my travels take me back to Haines in the future, I will, with no reservations, contact Jess again.

Adorable little yurt for our adventure. It was immaculately clean and she thought of everything when it comes to have supplies and info available for her guests. Would recommend to others 10/10!

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was well equipped with everything we needed. The only negative comment would be the very uncomfortable pillows. Which made sleeping a little difficult. Otherwise nice stay.

Truly incredible place. The view is breathtaking - you can stare at it all day and watch the wildlife. We saw orcas, humpback whales, sea lions, seals, sea otters and a variety of birds all day long. It seemed like every time I looked outside some sea critters were playing in the ocean right below. So awesome. The stairs as others have said are a challenge but not dangerous, just a good workout! And they go by quickly. The cabin is well stocked with kitchenware / plates. My only suggestion for those traveling is to bring a personal blanket for sitting on the deck. I was surprised how much time we spent doing that. It just never got old. Definitely try the sea kayaks - such an awesome excursion. Overall a truly incredible place. Especially for adventurous spirits that want to experience tranquility. I hope to go back someday soon!

Great location! Very nice property with a huge yard. Rabbits that were bigger than my 8 pound dog. 2nd stay here. It’s nice to sit on the porch and relax or sit down by the fire pit, hang in the hammock.

This cabin was absolutely perfect for us! It was my best friend’s first time to Seward, and the cabin was perfectly located for all of our activities that we had planned to do! The cabin was clean, quaint, everything about it was just so perfect! Comfortable beds, excellent towels, the hot tub was definitely a wonderful bonus to come home too Every day! The next time I am in Seward, I will definitely try to book this cabin again! Thank you guys so much for being a part of such a wonderful vacation!

This is my second time renting from Scott and Hester. I enjoyed it so much I came back again with family. It’s so beautiful and peaceful. The view is outstanding. The tiny houses are clean and cozy. I will definitely be back next year.

Michelle was a great host, and the cabin was the perfect end to our Alaska trip. The cabin is so peaceful and in such a beautiful area. We had plenty of water provided, and the outhouse was very nice. Highly recommend!

The Coffee House Cottage has wonderful creative energy. We've stayed here before and were eager to return. Even though it's small, it feels spacious and airy. Every inch of space has been perfectly designed to be both useful and beautiful. Special highlights: the magnificent windows and reading chair. The hosts are extraordinarily responsive and helpful and make you feel immediately at home.

This is an attractive little cabin with a loft that overlooks Kachemak Bay. It’s only a few minutes from the Homer Spit and business district making it conveniently located. It was a pleasure staying there, and the next time I’m in town I’ll look here first for a place to stay.

We absolutely loved staying at Lovescape - one of the cabins at Alaska Dream Cabins in Talkeetna. We were literally right on the river and we were treated to spectacular views of Denali right out our front window (the weather cooperated for our visit and it was perfectly clear). The cabin was perfectly clean and had everything we needed including a small frig and electric heater and a coffee maker. I would recommend an eye mask for sleeping as it can be quite light in the summers at night in AK. But that just means amazing views of Denali at 3am too! Communication with the host was easy and response time was quick. You won’t be disappointed staying here! We will be back!

Cabin was amazing! We loved being a bit away from everything but still close enough to town that we could run in if needed. We saw a few moose around on our way in which was neat. We would definitely stay here again during a future visit.

Its a great place to stay. Very private and just 15 min away from Fairbanks. This place is also away from the city lights which makes it a great place for watching northern lights.

Amazing little get away spot

We don’t want to leave!!! It was PERFECT. The cabin is small, cozy and had everything we needed. There were 3 of us and we each had our own comfy bed. The view is stunning. We had visits from cranes and enjoyed many meals and drinks while drinking in the view. We were visited by several cranes but did not see the many other animals that frequent the property. Our stay was nothing short of magical and of course the breakfast was AMAZING.
