On foot it is approx. 7 minutes to the center of Ulm and Ulm Cathedral and the train station is also only 3 minutes away. Unsere Einliegerwohnung mit separatem Eingang und eigener Terrasse am Oberen Eselsberg liegt fußläufig zur Universität und dem Science Park. Öffentliche Parkplätze befinden sich direkt vor der Wohnung. Mehr oder weniger direkt hinterm Haus ist man im Grünen. Man hat nur wenige Minuten bis zu Bus und Straßenbahn, sowie zum Bäcker und Lebensmittelladen. Den Botanischen Garten erreicht man in 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Zum Legoland sind es 30 Minuten und zum Ravensburger Spieleland 1 Stunde mit dem Auto.
