Immediately upon arrival, we were greeted by Fausto. With a translation app, everything was communicated to us. I think his friendly face makes everyone happy.😀 An atmospheric enclosed garden where our 2 large dogs had a wonderful time. Very nice that there was air conditioning available. The bed was great! Nothing was missing. Oh yes, the cheese slicer😀😀, but that is often missing abroad😀. The house is located within a small complex that could be closed. The sea can be reached within 7 minutes by car. It's not busy at all this time of year. We had 30 degrees and blue sky for 1 week. Fausto responds almost immediately to your questions. We visited: caves, fano, Loreto, Torre di palme and the sea. We would recommend this house!

Vincenzo and Tracey were incredible hosts for us adults and our toddlers. Their hospitality, top notch! The home and views will truly leave you breathless. If you like the countryside, this is the place to be. Beautiful Pineto beach is just 30 mins away. Lovely wineries within 30 - 45 mins. If you appreciate nature and beautiful mountain drives + going to the beach, you’ve found it. 💕🙏

Beautiful apartment, decorated in an Italian style. Very clean. Fully equipped, the apartment had everything you needed and even more. Great location, 3-minute walk to the sea, max. 10 minutes to the center. In a quiet neighborhood. Ms. Simonetta is very nice and communicative. At the very beginning, she showed us places to go, recommended the best restaurants, and even ordered a taxi to the airport for a specific time. We are very pleased and we will definitely stay there when we visit Pescarze.

The house is nestled in a village rich in history, and you can walk to both the sea and the surrounding woods, taking beautiful walks. We were greeted by co-host Antonella who did her best to help us with our luggage (our car was too big and we were unable to enter the square in front of the house). The ground floor has undergone a conservative renovation that respected the original materials but ensured significant efficiency, new bathrooms, new kitchen, excellent heating considering the many rooms. The house is cozy, bright, spacious (three bedrooms and two bathrooms) and there are two beautiful terraces with an unparalleled sea view. We had a great time and really enjoyed life in the village.

Fantastically beautiful location in the mountains, beautiful pool and good functional furnishings. You just have to be aware that it is a very quiet place and you have to drive at least 30 minutes to 2 hours for excursions or the like, which was completely ok for us. Angelo is a great host, we would come back anytime.

We had a fantastic time,the cottage was beautiful,clean and had a great view. The cottage is beautifully restired, converted and tastefully decorated. Loredana was helpful, friendly and communicative. We didn't want to leave.

The host is really helpful, kind, friendly and very nice. Ready to help us out anytime with anything we request. The place is just 5 mins walk to the beach and very close to the train station. If you don’t mind about hearing train this is the place for you to stay. Restaurants and supermarket close by. I recommend the place and the host very much.

Just amazing! What we needed after 20 days in a camper! Anna is the most amazing host! When we come back to Europe we will be coming back to visit.

Maria Teresa and her son were great tips for catering, as for visits to villages (but there are also plenty of museums to visit), the sublime hikes to do in this area... in short, great tips. Unfortunately over a week we couldn't visit everything but we caught our eyes already:) it would have taken us more than a week on site. The welcome, just like our departure will have been very warm with Maria Teresa who we thank very much for allowing us to discover this beautiful region! The house is secluded and at night there is a masterful calm, this house is ideal for relaxing and refreshing. The house complies with the photos of the site, the olive grove is sublime. No light pollution at night either, a real joy. In short, only beautiful images printed in our retinas. We had a great time. Thanks again and maybe see you next time:)

Wow!! What a beautiful place. We had a very relaxing stay at La càna. The location is amazing and peaceful. Paola was very accomodating and provided lots of suggestions for exploring the surrounding region. Her family (including x3 dogs) were very friendly but also respectful of our space and privacy. Wine, tart and fruit on arrival was appreciated after driving to our destination. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool, walking through the vineyards and exploring / eating at the surrounding towns. It was also nice to cook for ourselves at La càna a couple of nights and enjoy the beautiful view. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about our holiday, our family of 5, were so well catered for by Kristy and James. The apartment was perfect and the pool was a hit with the kids. the garden was very peaceful with beautiful view of the hills and valley. We received lots of helpful tips and suggestions which made our stay very enjoyable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would thoroughly recommend! Thank you so much for everything!

The house and its surroundings were even more beautiful than in the pictures and the view from the house was breathtaking. We spent a lot of time in the pool area which was so nice. The hosts were always available and responded quick if we had any questions. 10 out of 10 experience, would really recommend!

Casa Barbara is a beautiful place to stay! Check-in was very easy, Barbara contacted us very early and informed us what the next steps were. Any questions were answered in detail and promptly. Alba Adriatica is a beautiful place, everything is around the corner. We felt comfortable!

The accommodation was perfect, great location, close to walks, activities, historic sites and shops. There is a lakeside bar a short walk away. Views from the house looking out to Lake Scanno and the mountains are spectacular! Great hosts, very responsive. The apartment is a few meters away from the beach and is well equipped! The terrace is private and very large. Unfortunately, the hot tub did not work during our stay, which we found very unfortunate, maybe we will have better luck next time. Thank you Lorenza for the lovely stay!

Apartment as expected, impeccable cleanliness, strategic location in the center of Martinsicuro with the sea less than 100 meters away, parking on site always available, what more can you ask for to make a holiday unforgettable. That said, a special mention must be made of Manuela, the owner. She is hospitality personified, but with a capital H, always present without ever being invasive. Livia was immediately active, friendly and available. The place was as described, really cozy and well cleaned in every detail, the rooms spacious and with its own private bathroom a real gem. Very well-equipped kitchen and very spacious and well cared for balcony. If we return to the area, we will definitely relocate here!

We had a great time in Giovanna‘s appartement: amazing sea view 24/7, blue sky, green water, white sand beaches, sunshine…. tutto! This appartement is modern, bright, comfortable, and clean. Giovanna is a perfect host always reachable and friendly. L‘Abbruzzo - this region is amazing, varied with long beaches, hills and mountains countryside to be active at any time. Interesting cities to explore nearby. We say thank you for everything and will be back next year:-)
