Easy parking and very easy access, somewhat far from the old town, but hey, everything is close there, communication with José María was very fluid and correct... in general everything was very good, we will definitely return to request the accommodation and we will not hesitate to return to the same one.

Juan's apartment exceeded all expectations. A fantastic place to experience Caravaca De La Cruz. Everything within 🇪🇸 walking distance from the bakery just around the corner, a little luxury with fresh great pastries for breakfast. Otherwise, there are plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes and grocery stores nearby. The apartment is tastefully and nicely furnished with everything you need. Got a bit of a hotel/suite feeling here 😊 I really appreciated the washing machine with drying function. Also wonderful with a large refrigerator and freezer and not least a fantastic comfortable bed. Fantastic tasteful bathroom also with a lovely shower. All the neighbors in the building were nice and smiling, which made our stay extra great! The apartment was incredibly clean and inviting. Do you need more for a great stay? No, everyone thrives here, I'm sure. Do not hesitate to book if you are going to visit Caravaca De La Cruz and all the amazing places around Caravaca as well. This is the second time that I go to Riopar Viejo and surely it will not be the last. Primitivo and her sister-in-law Rosi have been very nice and attentive. We had an issue and they immediately gave us a solution. The house is very comfortable and is very well located, and if you want to disconnect and find tranquility it is a 100% recommended place. Also accepts pets whatever the size, in my case I have a 30kg b***h and not all sites accept it. Thank you very much for everything!
