Holiday rentals with beach access in Albania

Fantastic host. Quick and helpful communication all the time, making the stay very easy and welcoming, the place was incredibly clean and completely furnished and equipped with everything from cups to towels to cards and games. 10/10.

Iliana war super freundlich und die Kommunikation mit ihr sowie der Check-in liefen sehr unkompliziert ab und haben super geklappt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sehr schön, modern und sauber. Kann ich nur empfehlen! :)

Un très bel Airbnb conforme aux photos et bien situé à Saranda. La vue sur la mer était extraordinaire. La porte à code est très pratique pour un grand groupe comme le nôtre, comme ça pas besoin de clé ! Juste quelques points à ajouter sur des équipements manquants : - gel douche - shampoing - papier toilette - dosettes de café - sacs poubelles - cendrier

Merci a Ervin, un hôte super extrêmement gentil et agréable, a l'écoute et même prêt à aider si besoin comme pour nous. Je recommande à 100% et je reviendrai a coup sur, ce fut un plaisir. La vue de l'appartement est digne d'un film et on y respire, pour le reste tout le nécessaire y est.

The apartment felt super new and renovated with a great view over the ocean. The bed was one of the most comfortable airbnb beds I’ve ever had, and same with the pillow… So I slept like a baby. The host was very helpful and replied very fast - a lamp broke and he came in and fixed it straight away, even went and bought a new one (not the light bulb, but the actual lamp lol). Super happy with the cozy home, friendly host and neighbors. Definitely recommend this place.

I can highly recommend staying there. The view from the apartment is amazing, everything as described and very spacious. The host is extremely responsive and gave clear instructions for parking the car and accessing the apartment. The walk to the beach is short even though via some steep stairs. Note that on Friday and Saturday night we could hear the music of a club which was rather inconvenient.

Superfin lägenheten till ett rimligt pris! ligger precis vid stranden men högt upp i byggnaden och saknar hiss.

Great hosts really communicative and kind, they were reallly understanding and helpful about one of us accidentally breaking something at the house. They also had great suggestions of places to go to and people to rent cars from. They seem like amazing people and the property was stunning :)

We arrived at nighttime and had no problem finding the house. Ilda sent videos to find it and that was very helpful! The house is in a perfect location. One minute walk to the beach, restaurants, bars and promenade. The house is located in the woods and far enough away, so you do not hear noise. The best part is the garden! A large patio with a stone grill, tables and chairs. A hammock for napping. A lot of room for everyone. The house was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment. There was plenty of beach chairs, towels, etc. to use. Clear instructions for everything. I would highly recommend Ilda's home.

What a beautiful view from the big terrace – we enjoyed the most amazing sunsets there!!!! We really enjoyed staying in Eno's super comfortable flat, close to beach and restaurants but still really peaceful. And the apartment is really well equipped – the kitchen has everything you need (not so in many other places we've stayed)! Eno was super helpful and always replied quickly. We wholeheartedly recommend Eno's place!

Fantastische locatie, prettige communicatie met Gasper. Goed huisje, met kleine maar heerlijke douche. Kleine keuken, maaltijden maken waarschijnlijk een beetje lastig, maar met veel goede en goedkope restaurants in de buurt, hebben wij dat niet gedaan. Er is geen tuin, maar een gezamenlijke binnenplaats. Je kunt gebruik maken van een parkeerplaats bij het huis. Wij vonden deze echter zó krap en risicovol dat wij betaald ( €3,- per 24 uur) hebben geparkeerd bij de kerk op 200 meter. Tip: Fisi Restaurant om de hoek op Bulevardi Skënderbeu.

This was a lovely little apartment. Clean, spacious and has all the amenities you need. The outdoor space is gorgeous, with fairy lights and very comfortable seating. The area feels very safe and is a 5 minute walk to the beach with loads of cool beach bars. Rovena was very helpful with recommendations and suggestions and always responded very promptly. 100% recommend!

We stayed at the villa as a group of six and found it incredibly spacious and comfortable for all of us. Even though it was the off-season, everything we needed for our stay was easily accessible, and the experience was smooth and enjoyable. The view from the villa is stunning—one of the highlights of our trip. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone planning to visit Dhermi or Palase, especially during the season.

Anxhela was a great host and her place was amazing for a stay. The pictures reflect the villa very well, which was clean and tidy on arrival. Check in was easy, with Anxhela keeping in contact throughout the stay. The access to the sea is a highlight of this property, also the garden area outside was great. The pool was clean and we used it a lot. Location was brilliant, maybe a 10 minute walk away from the main street in Sarande. Would definitely recommend this villa and the host. A great stay.

My family of 7 had a very comfortable stay. We loved the water front and the easy access to the water. We will recommend to family and friends to stay in this beautiful location. We like that it was more private and out of the main city but close enough to drive to all the sites. Super friendly staff at the bar, very helpful and informative. ❤️

I had a fantastic stay at Hermes’s place! The property was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to main road. We struck gold with this accomodation. Great location, clean and ideal apartment for what we needed. We are a married couple with a 2yr old so we needed somewhere with 2 bedrooms, good amenities, ideal location next to the pool. Would highly recommend. Petraq was a fantastic host! Answered messages and queries very quickly. We want to come back next year. Recommend having a car as it can be a bit of a walk into town with a child. Recommend May as the weather was nice but not too hot and not too busy yet. Thank you for a comfortable and relaxing stay!

L’ alloggio era pulito e comodo. Abbiamo avuto difficoltà a trovare l’entrata dell’ alloggio ,e ,pur avendo dato un orario orientativo dell’ arrivo, per un ritardo dell’ aereo siamo arrivati molto più tardi e chiamamdo mezzanotte ci sono state date tutte le indicazioni dettagliate con la massima disponibilità e gentilezza . Die Wohnung war wirklich unfassbar sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Ausblick auf den See ist wirklich atemberaubend. Roland war der netteste Gastgeber, den wir in ganz Albanien hatten, ein wirklich herzlicher und zuvorkommen Mensch, der uns nahezu begeistert die Wohnung vorgeführt hat. Außerdem hat er gute Restaurant Empfehlungen für uns gehabt. Ganz allgemein kann man sagen, dass die Region um den Ohridsee wirklich ein absolutes Juwel innerhalb von Albanien ist, dass man auf einer Albanien Reise auf jeden Fall nicht verpassen sollte .

Mesti est hyper réactive. la vue du logement est vraiment superbe et bien situé..et compense les petites désagréments: bruits le soir, difficile de se garer le samedi soir..

Worth every penny and so reasonably priced. The home was beautiful and in the most perfect location. The hosts were kind and responsive. My favorite Air BnB I’ve stayed at during my whole month of travel!
