Apartment holiday rentals in Albania

I really recommend this place. It's a lovely and well-equipped flat with a big balcony with mountain views, close to the centre of Tirana. The host was very helpful and kind. I really enjoyed my stay and hope to return.

Lovely condo close to everything- restaurants, beach, grocery store. We stayed here for two weeks and felt right at home. Everything is literally steps away. Hosts are top notch and go above and beyond!! Highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect stay, good location. Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The hill up to the apartment from the beach is quite steep but taxis are cheap and easy to get. Would stay here again!

We had a great couple of nights here, very comfortable bed and beautiful apartment. The only thing we would note is that on first glance the area felt a little sketchy, but after getting our bearings and walking around we felt safe, like we did everywhere in Albania! We didn’t use the coffee machine because without a sink (other than in the bathroom) it would have been difficult to keep clean, but luckily there is a lovely coffee place just across the street! The interior was beautiful though and very clean. Marsela was very responsive through the check in process and was flexible with us as we had no idea what time we’d be arriving due to buses. We stayed at Andi’s place one night but it is very suitable for long stays as the place has everything you need for long stay and short stay. Every appliance was working properly and in good condition which is sometimes an issue you might face in other Airbnb’s places. Above all the apartment was very clean which is a good thing to make you feel comfortable and worth what you pay for. Communication with Andi was easy which made the overall experience less stressful and easy. I recommend the apartment and would definitely go back.

Very good apartment with great facilities, we felt very comfortable! Particularly noteworthy is the great communication with Persa (she always responded within minutes and gave me lots of helpful tips) as well as the great balcony, extremely large and with such a beautiful view of the sea and lots of comfortable seating furniture. There are lots of small stores, bistros and cocktail bars around the apartment, so it's also a great location! I can only recommend the apartment :)

We absolutely loved our stay! The large balcony with the bean bags, and the proximity to the small beach (which is small and rocky but beautiful!) was absolutely perfect for us. The walk to the promenade was supposedly 30-45 minutes according to Maps, but it never felt that long as it was completely flat. And there was always restaurants/bars/shops, or cats (!) to look at on the way. We really appreciated having a washing machine which meant we could freshen up our beach towels etc. and the kitchen was well equipped to make all your meals there if you wanted to. There was also plenty of great restaurants nearby, and a handful of small supermarkets. Would definitely recommend and return.

We immediately felt comfortable at the place. Thanks to the detailed instructions, it was also easy to find. The neighbors were very friendly and accommodating. Everything was very clean and spacious. View far and enjoy the sunset on the giant balcony. Great value for the money. Berat is a beautiful city and from there to the Osum Canyon is easily doable.

Very comfortable apartment, the terrace has an exceptional view of the sea and being on the eighth floor makes you dominate everything. Located next to a hotel so it is also an excellent reference for setting up a car navigator. Restaurants and markets nearby and Adeida always available via messages. Excellent holiday and starting point for the beaches of the south thanks to a convenient road. Close to the starting point for a boat trip that is absolutely a must.

I recently stayed at Tok Apartments in Durrës for my birthday, and I can confidently say it was one of the most beautiful and memorable experiences I’ve ever had. The apartment was even more stunning than the photos ,the breathtaking beach view from the living room made every moment feel like a dream. What made the stay even more special was the exceptional hospitality. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, always available and quick to respond to any request or question,often within minutes! He truly made us feel at home. I’ve stayed at many places before, but the level of service here was unmatched. Everything was perfect, from the comfort of the apartment to the ambiance and the attention to detail. This place made my birthday unforgettable, and honestly, I don’t think I could’ve celebrated it any better anywhere else. The apartment has a mindblowing view over Corfu and is very modern and spacious. We enjoyed our stay a lot! However the building is not ready yet and there were construction workers right next to the apartment and some days they were yelling and drilling so loud our baby couldn’t sleep inside. We also heard some noice from drunk neighbours in the middle of the night in the swimming pool.

Apartament was very close to the sea and local shops and restaurants, which was biggest advantage for our familiy. Endri is incredable host - he answers right away for all questions and is a great local guide. All instructions were clear with pictures attached. Thanks to him we felt like home :)

Great place to stay in Durres. About a 15-20 min walk from city center, but closer to all the good restaurants. I highly recommend staying here and visiting Gate03 for dinner. It’s totally worth it. Great views and can tan on the balcony after around 15:30 (3:30 pm). Will hopefully be staying here again!

We struck gold with this accomodation. Great location, clean and ideal apartment for what we needed. We are a married couple with a 2yr old so we needed somewhere with 2 bedrooms, good amenities, ideal location next to the pool. Would highly recommend. Petraq was a fantastic host! Answered messages and queries very quickly. We want to come back next year. Recommend having a car as it can be a bit of a walk into town with a child. Recommend May as the weather was nice but not too hot and not too busy yet. Thank you for a comfortable and relaxing stay!

Recommended as this was a wonderful stay! The apartment is fully furnished, very clean, and only a 5 min walk to the beach. Xhuliana and her mother are very kind.

We are very satisfied with our stay here. We unexpectedly still wanted to use bicycles and this was picked up quickly and kindly. Everything was possibly within walking distance. Busy to come that way by car.

This is a truly beautiful place that exceeded expectations. One of the highlights was the mini beach located just in front of the building, which made it incredibly convenient to take a quick swim or relax by the water without having to go far. Overall, a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, views, and direct access to the sea.
