The structure is well maintained, with two very large terraces with really breathtaking views of both Lake Albano and Rome and the surrounding plain. Indoor and covered parking space, up to 8 people with two bathrooms can be accommodated, which is very useful if you are in a group. Coffee, tea, and breakfast items are available! Vanna and her husband were very kind and we had no problem with check-in or overall stay. The location is perfect for visiting the Roman castles and also take a tour of Rome.

Lovely place to stay with your family. Host- very responsive/ helpful to any query. It's outside Rome but easily accessible by train (to Termini) or bus which takes you straight to Anagnina (the last stop) and the metro is just a level below. Its a nice and quiet place to stay.

We stayed for about 10 days with 4 people in Cathy's apartment. The temperature outside was between 25 and 30 degrees. The flat and rooms stayed fresh which is important for a good night's sleep. The flat is fully equipped. If you want to cook something you can and there is plenty of space outside for breakfast or lunch. The swimming pool is XL and very well maintained as the rest of the house. Cathy is a fantastic host, always available, very friendly and taking great care of the guests. Great base for visiting Rome. Train station less than 10 minutes away and it takes you carefree into the heart of Rome. The sea is a 3/4h drive away and plenty of typical Italian villages nearby. We enjoyed our stay. Arrivederci!

Beautiful interior design, Italian taste for sure! Tall ceilings, clean, and a beautiful court yard. The highlight for us was the cat (Baja) who lived in the courtyard, she was so beautiful and friendly. We definitely recommend this place.

They are very friendly, the apartment is easy to find and very very clean. The area is residential, so protected, especially because it is close to a school. You can reach the center in a short hour so it is very convenient. There are a number of businesses nearby. The wifi works great

Giulia’s place was a nice little gem where I had everything that I needed. I slept well and it was quiet and peaceful. As a female solo traveler I felt safe and it was in a good location. It’s a close walk to the train station but pack light or take an uber/ taxi if you have a lot of stuff since there are stairs to the apartment and in the walk to get to the apartment. I was pleasantly surprised with the town and location, so if you want a more laid back alternative to being right downtown in Rome, this is great. Also her parents are super lovely and supportive. Giulia is super responsive and takes pride in her space. I’d stay here again 🤗

Literally the best airbnb I stayed at so far! Rome was my last destination in my 3 week Italy trip, and my mom and I were exhausted when we got to Rome. The walk from the Termini station to Guido’s place was only about 5 minutes, and Guido was outside to greet us. When we got to the room, we were so surprised to see that the room was spotless (mind you that my mom and I are pretty picky about cleanliness). We were so well-rested the night we got to Guido’s place that it felt like a fresh start. The location is amazing. You can get to anywhere without a problem since you are so close to the station. The terrace is beautiful, and you can see the sunrise every morning. There IS an elevator. The AC worked perfectly (Rome is extremely hot in the summer, so this is a must). Also, Guido was such a fun and helpful host, I really couldn’t ask for more. There isn’t a single reason not to stay at Guido’s place, and I hope to come back as well!

The stay was amazing, the house was exactly like the advertisement, it has absolutely everything you need (cell phone loading tips, board games, books,etc.) miscellaneous kitchen utensils, washing machine, many cookware, diversity of appliances (oven, coffee maker, microwave, iron, toaster,etc.) impeccable cleaning. Bárbara is a wonderful person, with a very generous heart, the day we arrived was a transport strike and she helped us in the locomotion, in addition to helping us go to the FCO at 4:00 am, apart from this was always available quickly, was willing to buy metro/train tickets before our arrival, gave us tips of places to visit and eat, I felt welcomed together with my family. Great place for families. When we return to Rome for sure we will stay there.

This apartment was very new, clean, and modern. It looks just like the photos, and is a fine space for two people. It is also very walkable to most of Rome, including the most notable tourist attractions. This is not the largest space, but it is very cozy and convenient.

Christiana’s penthouse apartment is amazing. The pictures don’t do it justice. The views of the Coloseum and skyline are amazing, particularly the sunsets. Christiana is super communicative throughout. One of the best Airbnb hosts I’ve ever had. She kindly provided snacks, coffee and tea, a bottle of prosecco… I highly recommend Christiana’s penthouse.

We had a great stay at the place! The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and just like in the photos. There was really nothing to complain about. Be especially practical: there is free parking along the street, which is really worth its weight in gold in Rome. The bus connections to the center are very good - the stop is only a few minutes' walk away. The host also gave us great tips for restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which helped us a lot to find our way around quickly. Clear recommendation – we'd come back anytime!

I had a good experience at this accommodation 😊 The house was impeccably clean, comfortable, very well equipped and exactly as described in the ad. The location is easy access to bus and metro and has a supermarket and McDonald's right in front. Host was very friendly and attentive from the start — always available to answer our questions and give helpful recommendations. The location is located in a more peripheral area of Rome, without the usual presence of tourists, which can be an advantage for those looking for a more local experience. However, this also implies spending more time on public transport to get to the center and the main tourist spots. Overall, it was a good base to explore Rome, with a good value ratio 👍🏼

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. Great modern apartment and finished with all the comforts. A large balcony, full kitchen, very comfortable bed, and a central but at the same time quiet area on a residential street with good possibility of free parking, which in Rome is quite rare. As a former resident of Rome, this apartment is an ideal compromise as a location and effectiveness, it feels like staying at home.

just like the pictures. great instructions for entry, albeit complicated. tub was great, AC was great, bed and linens were great, and the price was around 160euros for me, so the value was good in comparison to similar listings in the area. it's quiet until nighttime when noise from 4 floors down at the restaurants of Trastevere get going and they go late, so the earplugs were useful. the elevator was scary, because it wobbles back and forth, but worked. I was grateful for the rest and the bathroom felt like a luxury after many weeks of much smaller accomodations.
