The Cottage is a warm, cozy, intimate tiny house space ideal for 1-2 peeps. Features full bed, smart tv, Wifi, AC/ Heat, & full rustic bth rm w/ tub, toilet, farm sink, hot/ cold h2o. Offering a unique experience, local "surprise" treats for guests & canna offerings (never a must, always avail.) A quiet, restful place to stay when you want to be near Shenandoah Nat’l Park, UVA, Charlottesville, Virginia wineries, Monticello, Montpelier, CHO, and other close-by attractions.

We are taking every precaution possible to ensure the safety of our staff and guests by using CDC approved sanitizers exclusively and we are disinfecting all door handles, switches, remotes, cabinets, appliances etc. Your room is self check-in with private (key code) entrance, full bathroom, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishes, utensils, etc. We are on the property in case you need anything. All Amenities are open and operational at this time.

Welcome to your next mountain cottage getaway. This beauty is located in the heart of Afton, Virginia along route 151 known as "Alcohol Alley". Located 2 miles from Blue Mountain Brewery, 3 miles from Flying Fox Vineyard. A 5-minute drive will bring you to a host of wineries, breweries, and distilleries including Veritas Vineyards, Hazy Mountain Vineyards, and Valley Road Vineyards. We love animals so pets are welcome with a $50 additional fee, per pet. Restaurants can deliver!

Moorman’s River Retreat

Beautiful setting, located within 5 minute drive to 3 wineries in White Hall, within 10 minutes to additional 3 wineries and 2 breweries. Hiking trails and nearby public access to the designated scenic Moorman's river for fishing, swimming or enjoying a picnic. Fishing and boating in lake just steps in front of cottage. Outdoor mini- grill available for cooking.
