House holiday rentals in Alberta Arts District

This is a lovely bungalow in a great neighborhood close to all Portland has to offer! The house is comfortable, clean, well stocked and we loved hanging on the front porch in the sunshine. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom’s had nice showers. We weren’t made aware there is a tenant in the basement unit until we received check in info the day before. Host was responsive to my concerns about thinking we had a rented an entire house to ourselves (apparently all Airbnbs in Oregon must have a resident living on the property? This was news to me, but maybe not to future renters). I think they could have done more to ensure we knew someone else was on the property (there are no shared utilities or doors, but we could hear the person downstairs at bedtime, and we were concerned our family with small kids would be audible to them as well). Again it’s a great house, I just wish we had known someone was under us when we chose it.

We had a wonderful time at Kathryn's home! It was the ideal location for our plans, a quiet neighborhood with groceries and food options very close by. Our kids had a perfect day using the pool, and all the necessary amenities. Kathryn was very responsive and friendly. We're so excited to stay again!

Great place! Felt like we had a lot of room but still close to downtown. We enjoyed our stay and will come again if in the area.

We spent the weekend at Sunburst Inn as part of a mom’s weekend away. Nicholas was a phenomenal & accommodating host. When we notified him of an unforeseen issue in the house, he quickly jumped in and found a fix for us. The location was awesome—a nice mix of things to do around and access to the outdoors.

Wendy's place was perfectly and conveniently located for our needs. The place was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed. We would love to stay again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay here in late May/early June 2025 for my son’s graduation family trip. It was very clean, had all the essential amenities, and the hot tub was very relaxing after long days exploring the Pacific Northwest. The neighborhood is very safe, peaceful, and quiet. Luke was a wonderful host! Definitely recommend staying here!

Rose City Hideaway (RCH) is an amazing little place right in the the heart of Portland. We had everything we needed (dining, groceries, bars, etc.) within a very short distance. The hosts provided everything we could have wanted or needed, including accommodation for our two Vespa scooters as we were in town for a Vespa rally. The furniture is comfortable and everything is modern and clean. Amanda and Mike were very friendly and helpful. They made themselves available should we have needed assistance, yet allowed us to enjoy the space without interruption. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Portland!

A very nice house in a beautiful setting. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Our family enjoyed the peaceful deck, the sauna and the swim spa. The open living area made it very easy for our family to enjoy our time together. We would stay here again and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing home to stay in while in Portland.

Perfect location and cozy home! The surrounding area was nice for walking, quiet and safe. Diego was a great host, communicated immediately and accommodating! Highly recommended.

Kurt was a great host. And the home is lovely. So clean and cute. I stayed for 3 months. It was a great time. Alberta street has so much good food and fun shops. It was fun to explore the area.

We absolutely loved staying at Patrick’s place. The home had a fantastic eclectic and comfy vibe and the trees in the front yard made morning coffee on the porch feel like relaxing in the forest. We really enjoyed walking to the food trucks, all the food options were delicious.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Peter's house! It has so much space, beds are comfortable and the kitchen is awesome! I love that there is full size body wash/shampoo/conditioner, not to mention coffee and tea, and pods for the dishwasher. There is quite a collection of pantry items (from previous guests, I assume) and plenty of dishes if you are traveling with a large group. Thanks, Peter!! My in-laws (from the Netherlands) were super impressed and loved that we stayed in a house instead of a hotel!

First off, this was by far the nicest Air BnB that my and family and I have ever stayed at. The space itself is beautiful. Perfectly decorated and designed IMO. The beds were extremely comfortable, everything was easy to find and instructions were clear. But those details aren’t what makes this place stand out, it is the thoughtfulness and pride that has made this stand out to us. We were provided with a travel crib and a high chair set up for us, there is a booklet with local recommendations for restaurants, bars and venues, and other local attractions. We were given a personal note on arrival that just added that extra touch and Gwen was very responsive and helpful. I can’t recommend staying here enough!

Katelin was very accommodating and helpful when we ran into a little glitch on our end. The place was perfect for our needs, beds were comfortable and we loved walking down the street to some nice parks and running track. I would definitely return again and stay at this lovely home.

I was very happy with my stay in Portland. Jacob was very attentive, he answered any questions I had very quickly. He was able to get me in an hour early, which was very nice since he had a checkout the same day. It was a very nice experience.

Excellent location. Very walkable with a ton of places to eat literally next door. Really amazing location. With all that was right outside your door, it was still a very quiet neighborhood. You get the best of both worlds. Parking was no issue for us. We stayed for the weekend. Front porch was really great too, we loved just sitting outside and drinking some coffee.

We had a wonderful time. The place was very clean and our 10 month old was able to crawl all over. The bed is super comfortable. Very modern and new place. Tons of restaurants within walking distance and beautiful rose gardens nearby. We felt very lucky that we found this place.

We had a lovely stay at Stephen’s place! Hidden away behind the main house, the place felt secluded and private. It was equipped with everything we needed to cook, and stocked with thoughtful toiletries. Close to all the main grocery stores, and walking distance to Hollywood Theater. I highly recommend staying here!

Such a great spot. So close to so much. Felt save, and comfortable. BED WAS SO COZY. Matt was so great and incredibly helpful. Looks just like the photos. Absolutely will stay here on my next visit! Thanks Matt! You’re the best!

Robert was very friendly when we met him. The room was exactly as it appeared in the photos. The room was perfect! We were able to have a couple of our kids and grand kids over to hang out for a while and there was plenty of room. The fridge was unexpectedly nicely stocked with various goodies and necessities. We will stay there again!

Our favorite place to stay in Portland yet! Adorable house with beautiful landscaping—we saw a hummingbird feeding on the flowers in the front yard. Small backyard space was secure and the perfect size for our two little dogs. There was even a nice bench to sit on while they ran around. Kitchen is fully stocked and both the bedroom and bathroom were a great size. Within walking distance of the train, and getting to the interstate to venture to other areas of Portland is a breeze. I can’t say enough good things about this place, but I’m also torn because I don’t want to be fully booked the next time we are in Portland. Loved Merideth’s place!

We had an amazing stay here! Perfect location for restaurants and walks, super peaceful and felt safe. Check in was easy! The room was spotless and full of sunlight, can’t wait to come back!
