Apartment holiday rentals in Alberta Arts District

The listing looked just like the pictures. Easy to find, street parking available in front of the house, private entrance and nice little outside area to hangout right outside our door. Everything was spotless and they had a nice little welcome treat. I enjoyed the coffee bar, definitely my favorite touch of the whole stay. Both my partner and I felt comfortable, safe, and like home away from home. We enjoyed our stay and definitely would stay here again in the future. Also, Erin was very friendly and gave us some great recommendations. Thank you again for welcoming us and being so kind.

Check in/out was super easy, Connor responded to questions quickly and the location was perfect for an easy day trip to the coast or sticking to exploring the city. It was very nice to have a regular kitchen available to use. Walk to the nearest laundromat wasn’t a hassle at all.

We had a fantastic stay at Ryan and Serena’s place! The location couldn’t have been better—nestled in the Nob Hill/Alphabet District, it’s within walking distance of charming shops and restaurants along 21st and 23rd Avenues, and just a quick ride or stroll to downtown Portland. It was the perfect home base for exploring the city. The home itself was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials, which made it easy to cook a few meals in, and the bed was incredibly comfortable after long days of sightseeing. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the space. Communication with Ryan and Serena was smooth from start to finish. They were friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Portland!

Great place to stay for folks who are flying in and have limited time. The location is right along a street with a ton of local shops and restaurants. Parking is tough (a 4 hour meter) but with everything so close by, you really don’t need a car. Everything is walkable and the airport is a 20 minute rideshare away. Location is small but cozy, and has a ton of charm.

Loved it! Just as described, Mike's place is right in the middle of the action. Lots of great restaurants and night life nearby. Don't miss a chance to have breakfast at Jam on Hawthorne or sandwiches at Lardo (both easy walks). And Kabob is right across the street. The apartment was clean, roomy and stocked with everything we needed. We slept great. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Mike!

I actually really like the neighborhood and the Airbnb, I think it was very walkable, safe and quiet. I was concerned that it being on a road that it would be loud however since the bedroom is in the back, I really didn’t even hear much cars (at no fault to the owner)- the upstairs neighbors were a little loud stomping, but it was bearable. I really enjoyed the stay here and the neighborhood!

We had a great stay. Host was very friendly and accommodating. Unit was well furnished and very clean. We already booked a second stay when we come back to Portland in September.

Randy’s home is a gem in a great neighborhood w lots of tasty restaurants bars and food trucks His home is an architectural marvel w so many thoughtful details. And the space is very well-furnished (gotta love an eames chair). I especially loved sitting on the rooftop in the mornings and/or sunset

Our host was very prompt and helpful in answering our questions prior to arrival which was booked kind of last minute. I felt like Adam set us up for a successful trip to Portland. The Cozy Nook was immaculate- very clean and well furnished. Everything in the apartment functioned well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and exploring the neighborhood. Can’t wait to come back!

My parents and I had the loveliest stay! The apartment itself is super charming and light-filled, Dayna and Sarah were so responsive and helpful at every turn, and we absolutely loved being smack dab in the middle of such a “happening” neighborhood! Thanks so much!

Lovely place to stay. easy to find parking, place is clean with air conditioning and kitchen with plug-in stove top. only ever heard some little doggy paws from upstairs a couple times, nothing distracting.

The apartment is exactly as described. Great location, quiet apartment area- excellent for spending the day out and coming back for a nice place to rest. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked with spices. One part to note is that it is a ground-floor space with foot traffic, and the blinds do not afford entire privacy (slight gaps) or full light blockage. Daniel is extremely communicative and ready to help. Something that stands out is his very flexible cancellation policy, and that he doesn't require any cleaning beyond paying the usual cleaning fee ( most other places still ask for you to clean/do dishes etc). He was able to accommodate a late checkout without any charge, and delivered extra towels :)

This place is so great! The neighborhood is very walkable and cool! Tree lined streets and beautiful craftsman’s. My partner walked to a barbershop and got himself lined up and we ate at a nearby restaurant for breakfast that the host recommended . It’s so nice to have parking at an Airbnb in Portland and the little backyard area is perfect for having a nice glass of wine or coffee. It’s small but so clean - all the details and nice touches are there and that feels perfect for us. We'd love to stay again!

Would stay here again, and if it was booked I’d look for Peter’s other listings before booking somewhere else. Great neighborhood (clean and quiet), easy street parking, and everywhere we wanted to go was always less than a 10m drive. The apartment had everything we needed, and was well organized and clean. Christopher’s place is very nice and perfectly located on a beautiful street in a lovely old but refurbished neighborhood. My daughter in law stayed with me on the sofa. It could stand to be upgraded to a comfier sleeper but worked for one night. Our only real issue was getting inside, the first night, after dark. It’s a bit tricky esp for older folks. Apparently the entrance lights had burned out at the entrance steps down, and there’s an additional step to get inside but we used our iPhone flashlights so did ok. Other than that, it was a perfectly pleasant spot in a perfectly wonderful neighborhood to be. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless and felt super welcoming. The bathroom was absolutely incredible—spa-like and beautifully designed. The hot tub was a major highlight and made for such a relaxing experience. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Highly recommend!

The apartment felt homey. The private patio is wonderful. Very cozy relaxed feeling. Having a washer and dryer was great. My 15 year old grandson just loved the book window nook in his bedroom. Great stay - would highly recommend!

Had an absolutely wonderful time at my stay at Donald’s, not to mention the home was just beautiful, with everything that you could ask for in a getaway home. I was there on business and it really helped to be able to hop into the sauna after a long day to decompress. 10/10 would definitely visit again

Our Airbnb experience at this property was exceptional. The host's warm welcome fostered a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Probably one of the best hosts we have had the pleasure to experience. The hot tub and adjacent fire pit were delightful amenities. The unit's charming décor and thoughtful design created an idyllic setting. While featuring one bed, the unit comfortably accommodated three guests. We plan to book this property again when visiting the Portland/Vancouver area.

I had a fabulous stay at Therese’s place! It was incredibly peaceful and calm, with stunning views of the river right from the bedroom — such a perfect way to start the day. Therese was so friendly and kind, and as it was my first time visiting Portland, she went above and beyond by recommending lots of great things to do and see. She even brought us our favorite breakfast items to enjoy— such a thoughtful touch! I would definitely stay here again anytime I visit Portland. Highly recommend!

Great rental to stay at for my girlfriend and I for Memorial Day weekend. We could hear the upstairs traffic but it was the long weekend so it didn’t bother me too much. Easy to find and responsive host.
