From the living room and balcony you have a magnificent view of meadows, forest and fields, where chamois, fox and rabbit still say good night. Gutenstein, the pearl in the upper Danube Valley, is located at 620 m, ideal for climbers, cyclists and canoeists. There are wonderful hiking trails right from the house, which also invite you to go on winter hikes. 5 km further in Langenhart at 720 m, cross-country skiing is possible

Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

Our apartment is located on the edge of a small idyllic village of 450 inhabitants (near the city of Balingen) with a corner shop, playground and outdoor swimming pool. On the garden level of a detached house, bright and friendly rooms, a covered terrace with garden area and a fantastic view over the whole valley await you. From your sunbathing area, you can relax and enjoy the view and the tranquility.

The gallery impresses with a chill-out corner, desk and training facility and a bed. The living room boasts a huge sofa, TV and swing. The modern kitchen has an induction stove and large refrigerator.

Please read IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT THE KITCHENETTE (under: other relevant information!) Our guest room is on the second floor of our country house at the end of a dead end road. After an excursion on the Swabian mountains, you can slow down and enjoy the panoramic view of the mountains from the balcony. Our guest room can be used by two adults and up to two smaller children (up to 12 years old). We can provide a folding bed and a crib free of charge upon request

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Let your soul wander on the green outskirts of Hausen. Excursion opportunities on the Swabian Alb await you. Bike paths, hikes, bike park, mountain bike trails, cross-country skiing, etc. invite you to exercise and have fun outdoors. The train station is about 10-15 minutes' walking distance. Parking is available right in front of the house. Whether you are a vacationer or a business traveler, you are very welcome!

Cozy shepherd's wagon surrounded by flower meadows, orchards and the chirping of crickets. The purist decor is intentional and comfort or Wi-Fi are replaced by beautiful views. Our 45 m² apartment Landluft on our farm Hermannslust, on the Swabian Alb is in an idyllic secluded location surrounded by forest and meadows and can accommodate up to 4 guests (possibly 1 additional child in a travel cot). Our apartment is the ideal place for rest and relaxation, but also for families and as a starting point for excursions. Dairy cows and their offspring, chickens, horses, cats, dogs, goats, sheep and rabbits live on our organic farm.

The quiet retreat is designed for two people and has a cozy double bed, a seating area, storage space and a kitchen corner with a wash basin and refrigerator. Outside, a seating lounge invites you to relax. A dry separation toilet is located next to the barrel. Please note that there is no shower. Ideal for those who enjoy nature and want to relax!
