Très accueillants et ouverts à la conversation malgré la barrière de la langue. Pour info, le monsieur parle bien le français et leur fille l'anglais. La chambre est à l'étage ainsi que la salle de bain et les WC. Il y a bien un grand balcon offrant une vue à 180° sur la mer ! Et il y a juste la rue piétonne à traverser pour rejoindre la plage 👍 Encore merci à eux Vincent et Malena

Pasamos unas hermosas Vacaciones en Port Saplaya. Yoana es una excelente anfitriona, siempre muy amable y dispuesta a hacernos sentir cómodos como si fuera nuestra casa. Excelente ubicación, las vistas a la playa en todas sus ventanas eran fantásticas, rodeada de restaurantes, bares y un enorme supermercado a pocos metros. Recomendamos su apartamento para pasar unos días de relax en un entorno paradisíaco.

The place is great both for longterm and shortterm stays and is suitable for work from home. It is quite peaceful for Spain. You have metro and different bus lines nearby, several supermarkets, cafes, take aways. The cleaning in shared spaces is done every week. You may cook in the kitchen. The hosts are helpful and friendly. What else a traveler may wish for?)

Eva is a warm and welcoming host! I mentioned that I’m in Valencia to learn some Spanish, and she was incredibly patient and kind, taking the time to speak Spanish with me. The apartment is super sweet and has a unique, personal touch in its design. We also loved the neighborhood – it has a great vibe – and Eva gave us some good restaurant recommendations. Thank you Eva, we truly felt at home!

Svetlana y su hija son unas anfitrionas de 10 , excelentes personas , nos hicieron una estancia muy cómoda y muy comunicativas. Los 2 días que estuvimos nos hizo hasta el desayuno con unos deliciosos crepes incluidos. Sin duda volveremos. La habitación era muy bonita y limpia.Todo genial.

Cerca a la playa, al centro, bonita habitación

The location is good. The flat itself is also nice. All rooms are private. Two perfectly clean bathrooms. The kitchen is clean and equipped with everything necessary. The fridge is surprisingly clean for a common thing. The location is about 20-25min from the center by bus. I like walking so for me it was an advantage to walk to the popular areas pf the city and explore surroundings. There are 2-3 big supermarkets like 5min walk, also very convenient. The only issue for me was hearing noises from the outside as the building is located near the road. And the walls are thin, so you can hear your neighbors if they speak loudly.
