Attic with views of the city

Our attic has 2 fully-furnished bedrooms (1 of them with a terrace), a full bathroom and a living-room. All of these areas are placed on the 2nd floor of a newly built detached house. Full kitchen Our guests will have a key for each bedroom in order to save their belongings and preserve their privacy. Every space in the attic has plenty of natural light and nice views of the city. The house is placed only 500 meters from the city center, as well as only 42 km away from the beach.

A single-storey family home with pool (between late May and early October), large garden and ample parking. The owner has a loft apartment/studio, which is independently accessed, although I'm often not there. The property has a large kitchen diner leading to a barbecue area. Outside dining is wonderful in the summer and the raised decking area by the pool gives glorious views across to the hills. A large wood burner warms the living room for those winter stays.

Built back in 1932, Casita Mangay was renovated in 2006. With its two double rooms, its well-equipped kitchen, a small lounge, a shower and a separate toilet it's got all you need. Most of the furniture has been in the house from the very beginning and it gives the place its special touch. Beautifully surrounded by untouched nature, located high above the Costera valley and with its private pool, this cozy cottage is your guarantee for unforgettable holidays.

Almussafes is located a few kilometers from the city, the beach, and less than the Albufera Natural Park. Perfect for a vacation and rest. It has a double room, a single room with a bed and the sofa if necessary as it is quite spacious. In addition to all the amenities, towels, breakfast, kitchen dressings, etc.

The flat is located in Alcoi old town, renovated with a lot of charm inside an old finca. It's a fourth floor WITHOUT ELEVATOR (anyway, we'll be pleasant to help you with your luggage).
