Hi, I'm Merche and I'm offering you my newly remodeled house. The street is in the center of San Sebastián de los Reyes, next to the town hall and surrounded by neighborhood shops and shopping malls such as La Viña and Plaza Norte 2, where we have swimming pools, gyms…. 30 minutes away by commuter train is the Sol station in downtown Madrid. The space: The house is cozy. With lots of natural light, all appliances are new and the beds. Wi-Fi and Netflix included. It's a third floor without an elevator.
