With 40 m², the apartment is designed to offer comfort and privacy for two people. It features a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and a cosy living area where you can relax, read or enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day. If you are travelling for work, there is a large desk that allows you to work comfortably with plenty of natural light and high-speed Wi-Fi connection. The kitchenette (small kitchen) is fully equipped with fridge-freezer, microwave, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, full cookware, tableware and glassware, allowing you to prepare a light meal or enjoy a slow breakfast at home. The bathroom includes a shower, hairdryer and toiletries (gel, shampoo and body milk), as well as bathrobes and slippers for extra comfort. The apartment also offers air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, Smart TV and a minibar with extra charge. On the ground floor you’ll find a shared laundry area with washing machine, dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board available for guests. Situado en Santa Rosa una zona muy tranquila de Alcoy para disfrutar de una de las principales ciudades de Alicante, con espectaculares excursiones, un precioso centro modernista y sus puentes. Situado a 10 minutos caminando del Centro histórico. A pocos metros encontraréis cualquier tipo de servicio esencial para vuestra estancia: supermercados, farmacia, cafeterias, restaurantes…. La finca tiene ascensor recién renovado.

Relájate con toda la familia en un entorno incomparable como es el parque natural del monte Montgó en Denia, con fantásticas vistas entre el mar y la montaña. La casa es un oasis de paz. Denia tiene kilómetros de playas de arena y roca, donde practicar todo tipo de deportes naúticos y desde la casa se pueden hacer excursiones a la montaña. En la casa también hay folletos con todas las actividades deportivas y culturales. Dénia está declarada ciudad creativa de la gastronomía por la Unesco.

Our refurbished stone tiny house has loads of character, it's located next to the famous castel of Guadalest & the moutain views from the plot are breathtaking. Access is very easy next to the road cv-70, and you can fully disconnect in nature, discover this authentic region, do walks, kayak at the lake, cycle, eat at many local restaurants etc. We have a huge wood pergola, water from citern, solar electricity with 5kw batery, 2 showers.

Ven a disfrutar de la naturaleza y la tranquilidad de un pueblo en las montañas. Nuestro alojamiento es perfecto para una pareja, pero con el sofá cama pueden venir con los niños o incluso dos parejas. Estamos a 100 metros del pueblo, con un ambiente donde se respira paz y tranquilidad. En el jardín de delante tiene algunos arboles, huerta y un laberinto con 700 cipreses. Detrás tiene la terraza donde contemplará las vistas de la montaña del Cavall Verd, donde desayunar será un espectáculo.
