Cabin holiday rentals in Alder Lake

I'm not typically the reviewing type but I felt this place deserved it. What an incredible place! The listing do snt do this place justice. If you are looking to visit Ranier, this place is your spot. We were 10 minutes from the park entrance but yet, far enough away from the hustle and bustle of a National Park. It was perfect. Beautiful property and amazing host!

I had a wonderful stay, wish it could have been longer! Such beautiful flowers and a lovely walk to the river. The location is perfect for visiting the park. Kimberly was incredibly helpful and responsive. I hope I have the opportunity to stay again soon!

What a wonderful couple of days for our family of four at this lovely air bnb. It lived up to its pictures, and more. The setting by the creek is so peaceful, and there are many thoughtful details that made our visit seamless. Also, the hosts were extremely responsive & communicative. We hope to come back in the future!

Great little cabin, exactly as advertised and convenient to Mt Rainier. Quiet little neighborhood, just a few minutes from the bustling downtown of Ashford :). We've stayed in quite a few AirBnB's over the years, so we genuinely appreciate all the little things that make being a guest so easy. The owners have obviously thought this through, providing so many of the essentials that are necessary for a short stay, such as a handful of laundry pods, k-cups and creamers. The outdoor hot tub was perfect too!

Incredible, cozy space. The wood stove was a nice touch and kept it warm with a nice atmosphere. My husband and I had our 8 and 5 year olds with us and they really enjoyed the property. There were tons of activities for them and they didn’t want to leave. The property is within minutes of Mt. Rainier National Park, it’s quick and easy to get back and rest after a long day of hiking and exploring. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept like babies. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

Beautiful home in the lab of Mt Rainier. House was as described, beautiful, and clean inside and out. Very responsive host, helped us with any of our questions. Location was perfect, 6 mins to the entrace gate, nice couple of restaurants and grocery stores around. Very peaceful. Enjoyed the Hot Tub after the skyline trail at home. It was just perfect

Great place with everything you need. Town has all amenities you would need. Beds were comfortable- not the most toddler friendly place (although most places aren’t built for that anyhow). Only issue was intermittent power outages which are expected in isolated mountain towns- not the hosts fault but when you buy food to cook and plan to sit in hot tub, it makes a difference. Next time will come more prepared to use bbq instead. Overall, would recommend

The Hideaway was everything we hoped it would be and more. The hosts made sure the house was clean and inviting. They also provided so many unexpected and wonderful details…luxury bath products, a basket of snacks, a dog bed and toy for our pup…and they even setup the firewood in the main fire pit so we didn’t even have to struggle building our own fire! Plus! Don’t even get me started on the sauna…it was EVERYTHING. We have stayed at a good number of Air bnb places over the years and this was far and away our favorite place. It’s beautiful. Book it!

What a beautiful location and immaculate in and out. Never had been to the area and we definitely will be back.

This cabin has so much to offer! Great records, books, games, a fully stocked kitchen and a porch with a fantastic view in nature was spectacular. The attention to detail and lovely 70s vibe decor really stood out. It happened to be free state park weekend while staying so I was able to check out the parks close by. My dog enjoyed the yard and being welcomed, too. This has been one of my favorite destinations yet. Excellent stay and amenities.

Felt right at home at Salena’s place! Easy access into Mt. Rainer. We had a little hiccup but Salena and team were incredibly responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this home. She has everything you may need to have a great stay! We loved sitting outside on the patio at night with the lights. We even saw some wildlife! 10/10

Our stay was absolutely lovely! The property is extremely beautiful and peaceful. It’s extremely close to MRNP, so very convenient to roam around MRNP as well. The house was very clean and had everything one might need for a comfortable stay. They had great board games, a well stocked kitchen, clean bathroom, and all amenities that made our experience so much better! Being able to use the hot tub after an exhausting day at MRNP made us feel so relaxed and rejuvenated! Totally recommend this property for guaranteed quiet and comfortable experience!

Another amazing stay at Bigfoot Crossing. We loved a visit from Boots the cat, hiking on the Skate Creek trails in the neighborhood, enjoying a movie by the fire and the perfect cabin accommodations. As always, it was clean, family friendly and had wonderful hosts. We can’t wait to be back!

Beautiful stay! my family and I enjoyed ourselves. packwood is a wonderful town and had an awesome flea market that was huge.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is very clean and was beyond our expectations. We especially enjoyed winding down in the sauna before bedtime! We will definitely return when visiting Mt. Reiner again. 😊

The pictures for this listing are beautiful, but they don’t do it any justice. You just have to go and see this place for yourself. Gems like these on Airbnb are becoming harder and harder to find. Absolutely perfect in every way that you could possibly think of. Kathy and her husband are absolutely wonderful and will go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable as they did with me. If you’re in the area and this place is available book it before someone else does .

Great stay at Doug’s place and convenient to Mt. Rainier. Loved the amenities including well stocked kitchen and washer/dryer with detergent. Very clean. AC in all the rooms kept us comfortable. The kids loved the games that were there. There was a water main break in the town before we arrived and Doug messaged us before we got there so we were able to get bottled water before arriving. Good communication. Would come back again!

Little Blu was just as described and absolutely perfect, close to the park entrance as described and easy to get to as well. Manuela was also very nice and quick to respond!

The hosts clearly put a lot of thought into making sure guests feel welcome, with thoughtful touches like local snacks, extra blankets, and board games. If you're looking for a perfect mix of comfort, nature, and quality time with friends, this is the place. We’re already planning our future trips here to stay at again during the snowy season.

We had an amazing stay at this modern, beautifully designed Airbnb. The location is unbeatable—close to the entrance to the national park—yet still offers privacy and tranquility. The space was clean, stylish, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. Kevins place is amazing and the elk point is very cozy and quiet for a good weekend get awY. Will recommend if you are ok with a single shower. Great place

We got married on the front yard of this BnB! It is such a great spot, hosts are super great and responsive. We woke up to 4 elk in the front yard one of the mornings- we are from MN and have never seen elk before! The two cows are gorgeous and just mind their own business, it was so much fun. Cabin was very clean and cozy. The area was nice and quiet, great views of the mountain and not far from town. We will 100% be back when we return to Ashford. This stay couldn’t have been more perfect!
