Nous avons passé un tres bon week-end dans cette maison au charme rustique, au calme, conforme à sa description. Le vaste jardin est tres agréable en cette saison. Merci Thierry pour votre accueil , je recommanderai l'adresse !

What a beautiful location and house. We were stopping for just one night on route south and this was a perfect place to relax, cook dinner and cool off in the lake.

The gite is an amazing place to stay and has been stunningly designed. This was our second time visiting and we look forward to returning in the future. Jean Pierre and Chantal are great hosts and always on hand to help.

Stunning property which has been beautifully and carefully restored. The house is gorgeously decorated and such a great place to stay. It has been renovated to a very high standard and feels so homely, a real treat to stay here! Cecile kindly left us a bottle of cider on arrival and a little water bowl and basket for our dog, so kind. Such a lovely location in beautiful countryside. Note the garden is not fenced for a dog to run free but lovely rural walks for our dog just a few steps from the property. The kitchen is extremely well stocked and has everything you need with some lovely extra touches such as ingredients for making vinaigrette salad dressing. Lovely fresh towels and a gorgeous big comfy bed. It was extremely hot outside but the barn stayed cool downstairs. Lovely sunset views over the cow fields behind the barn from the terrace. Great bakery/croissants in local town of Chailloue. We stayed for 1 night on our way up France with our dog and it was prefect- thank you.

Un super week-end dans un lieu plein de charme, que ce soit le gîte, les randonnées dans la forêt où nous allions à pied ou encore les villages conseillés par Élise et Sylvain. nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Très bon week-end prolongé en famille dans la maison d’Aurélie et Sylvain. Maison à la campagne avec une très belle vue. Tout est fait pour s’y sentir bien et pour faire plaisir aux enfants et aux adultes : toboggan, table de ping-pong, baby-foot, terrain de badminton et pétanque sur un très grand terrain en herbe ! Tout le monde a apprécié ;-) Maison spacieuse, très appréciable d’avoir chaque chambre équipée d’une salle de bain et toilette. Pleins de choses à faire aux alentours : visite de la cité de caractère de Saint Ceneri le gerei, Saint Léonard du bois, l’étang des perles à Averton et à 600m : visite d’une exploitation laitière avec traite! Merci à Aurélie pour les informations complètes et précises pour le séjour. Merci à Emilie pour sa réactivité et gentillesse pour gérer notre arrivée et départ. Au plaisir!

Un séjour exceptionnel, du début à la fin. Le gîte était tout simplement ce que nous cherchions : un endroit magnifique, dans un paysage splendide, agrémenté par les petites attentions d'Isabelle. Les instructions étaient parfaites, tout comme la propreté et la gentillesse d'Isabelle ! Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés. Encore merci !

Notre séjour chez Marianne et Frédéric était superbe, un moment hors du temps dans un vrai havre de paix. Les extérieurs sont magnifiques et tellement apaisants : magnifiques fleurs, le lac, la piscine… tout était parfait ! Les adresses recommandées ont été d’une grande aide et le petit déjeuner était excellent. Merci également à Frédéric pour la visite de son espace dédié à la photographie, c’était très intéressant. Nous reviendrons, c’est certain !

We couldn’t recommend this place more! The appartment was clean and cosy, the surroundings (and our view from the balcony) were stunning and Mathilde and David were extremely helpful and welcoming. We’ll be coming back for sure!

Nous avons été très bien accueilli dans une très belle demeure, ancienne ferme rénovée avec talent. Chaque pièce de la maison est très agréable. Piscine intérieure largement suffisante pour se rafraîchir. c'était très bien

Kimberley et son mari nous ont offert un accueil chaleureux et sur mesure. Extrêmement vigilants à notre bien être, nous avons passé un excellent WE ! Le cottage offre une expérience très qualitative, logement propre, décoré avec goût, piscine, jardin arboré, accessoires pour les bébés… on reviendra !

Two weeks in paradise! Maison UMI is a dream. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by its beauty, charm, and tranquility. The house is immaculate. A perfect mix of rustic elegance and modern comfort. Every room is bright, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully appointed, making it a peaceful place to unwind. The pool was a highlight. Pristine, sun soaked, and surrounded by idyllic countryside views. We spent hours floating and relaxing under the blue sky. In a huge secure garden which our mini dachshund enjoyed exploring safely. The location is superb: nestled in picturesque countryside, yet just a short drive from charming villages. With Shops and supermarkets also close by for anything you need. Our host, Sanouchka, was exceptional, warm, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful, making us feel more like guests in a friend’s home. Bonus delight: adorable geese at the end of the garden added a touch of whimsy. Maison UMI isn’t just a stay, it’s an unforgettable experience.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, logement conforme à la description et aux photos et refait avec beaucoup de goûts. Le petit plus les jeux pour enfants ( intérieurs et extérieurs) qui sont accessibles durant le séjour.

We had a great stay. The house is equipped with everything you need. Sandra and Paul have spent a lot of attention on all the details. We also got a complimentary bottle of wine, and all the other basics that you need such as coffee, cooking oil, butter and bread. We definitely recommend it!

Très bon accueil de Thierry et gîte bien situé et au calme. Pour décompresser et avoir le calme et la nature vous êtes au bon endroit.

Tres bon séjour dans cet ancien moulin . Environnement très calme. Tres belles pièces avec beaucoup de place. Le cochon de lait est un délice. Une belle étape pour de grands groupes.

Notre séjour chez Yves s'est très bien passé. La maison est magnifique et décorée avec goût. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour notre prochaine visite dans le Perche ☺️

This place was a beautiful little gem, and we were so over the moon when we arrived! The decor, the details and the rustic charm was everything and more we could have asked for! Bénédicte was the most warm and welcoming host who really looked after us, although our French was (non existent) Bénédicte communicated very well with us and recommended lots of lovely local places to visit! A special trip to France we’ll never forget 😊! Would 100% recommend this beautiful air BnB 💖

My husband, me, our toddler and our labradors had a fantastic stay at Manon. Everything was very clean and tidy on arrival. The atmosphere inside and outside the house is very nice and serene, it made us feel comfortable and at peace. The yard was amazing for our dogs, they had the best time roaming around and playing fetch. It was easy to communicate with Manon. The small town of Beaumont is just a 6 minute drive and has all facilities you need. Definitely a place we would like to return to in the future!
