It is an ideal apartment for a couple (2 people), that don't mind climbing stairs. Fully equipped apartment with free Wi-Fi. *2025 Update* The City Hall as granted Rooftop Carmo, which Is a Bar/Restaurant across the street a Loud Sound Permit. Ear plugs will be provided. The blue consists of a living room with an equipped kitchenette, double sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bathroom. Maximum accommodation for 4 people. Garden with swimming pool, barbecue, sun loungers, hammocks, garden dining areas and two small lakes. Pets are not allowed. PLEASE NOTE: WE HAVE 7 CATS. The garden and pool are shared by the two accommodations. The garden has 2 surveillance cameras.
