Located in the district of Sao Bento, just next to the parliament, it's surrounded by the districts of Bairro Alto and Principe Real, Chiado, Santa Catarina and Bica, Santos and Estrela. All this within walking distance, just depending on the direction you choose to go! At the end of the street you have the mythic tram 28 which travels around the most important areas of interest through the heart of Lisbon and can easily take you to the Castle, Alfama, Mouraria and Graça, across downtown on to the other hills of Lisbon. The apartment has 1 Bedroom with double bed. 1 big open space with lounge area, dining table and kitchen area. 1 bathroom. 2 small balconies and a lot of natural light. Third floor, no elevator. Internet access, CD player and radio, equipped kitchen. Bed linen and towels included. Garden with swimming pool, barbecue, sun loungers, hammocks, garden dining areas and two small lakes. Pets are not allowed. PLEASE NOTE: WE HAVE 7 CATS. The garden and pool are shared by the two accommodations. The garden has 2 surveillance cameras.

Cozy country house, set in a serene and natural Alentejo hill with about 4 hectares. In the heart of the Serra de S. Mamede Natural Park, it is surrounded by a wide variety of native flora, such as cork oaks, olive trees, oaks or fruit trees. Crossed by the Sever River and a stream that invites you to take refreshing baths through its numerous waterfalls. It also has two real natural pools, old reused irrigation tanks.
