Good place and at good location if you are doing geirangerfjord in a nutshell tour

The house was in a quiet neighborhood, easy to find and a nice hiking trail nearby. We appreciated the spotless home, privacy and flexible check in. Absolutely would recommend and would stay again!

Excellent accommodation, very pleasant, easy communication with William Fredrik. Everything is quiet and the whole place is well-equipped, as described and very clean. The quality/price ratio is quite favorable. Very well located accommodation provided you have a car. But a bus service exists to reach Alesund.

The place was perfect! Exactly as described in the photos. The bed was comfortable and the apartment very clean. Also I short walk to town (5 minutes). Lots street parking which was great for us. And the laundry was easy to use (much needed after our hiking). Neringa was great- responds quickly (almost immediately) and very easy to communicate with.

It was such a great relaxing stay. The apartment is perfect for solo, couples. Extremely cozy and clean. Would definitely stay again! Hopefully next time there is a hair dryer (individual with long hair will need it) otherwise, it was perfect!

We loved our stay in Ålesund! It was just a quick overnight stay, but we wish it could’ve been longer. We didn’t have the opportunity to try out local restaurants. Eiva is a great host; she is very polite and accommodating. Her Airbnb is a fun, Scandinavian mid century modern style, is super clean and very comfortable. It has a beautiful large bathroom, which was super helpful since there were 5 of us. It has a lot of little extras that other Airbnbs don’t have. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The apartment was what we needed for our family of four. It has two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room. The location was close to the island where they held the big bonfire for the mid summer festival, which was the reason we went to Ålesund. It is also walking distance to the grocery store and downtown. There is no dedicated parking on premises but it was easy to find on street parking. Note: the building is a bit ran down on the outside but the apartment is great on the inside. Thank you for a great stay!

We recently stayed 4 nights in this lovely penthouse apartment. Was everything we had hoped for and was as described. In a quiet historic art nouveau street just one street back from the quayside. A modern apartment in a lovely historic building with architectural features. We dined at the Tandoori Indian restaurant next door twice ($$$) and at the XL Diner ($$$$$) by the quayside and had a great experience at both. The apartment is up 3 flights of stairs but they are very wide & sturdy and gave us no problem with luggage, Wifi (100Mbps) was great. Would love to stay there again. This is a fabulous place to stay when visiting Alesund. It is well furnished, has a great kitchen, and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom is nicely laid out and the shower is excellent. It’s close enough to town to walk everywhere, yet just enough outside of the tourist area that it’s quiet. The host is very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this apartment.

Great place to live at. Town is of course good and cozy and so is the Airbnb. Alex was a great host and responded quickly for doubts or guidance. We are from US and it was just as expected- also, electric car charger. Thanks a lot for this place. Love Ålesund.

The apartment was really very nice - large, lovingly furnished and super clean. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the stay there. The only disadvantage - with the bedroom window open (only there) you can hear the street noise of the nearby highway. We would still book the place again at any time. Thanks for the hospitality.

A wonderful place to experience Geiranger. The location is perfect, with a majestic view and short walks to the famous waterfall stairs and a romantic view bench. A car charging station is a short walk from the house.

We had a very nice stay at the apartment. The location was beautiful, directly at the sea and surrounded by mountains. The apartment self was nice, clean and very well equipped. Winnie was a very nice host, very friendly and gave us some good instructions. I would recommend the apartment to anyone.

Great place, great bathroom Stunning views and surroundings

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The host truly thought of everything to make our visit comfortable and enjoyable. There were plenty of towels provided, a lovely welcome basket to greet us, and thoughtful amenities that made us feel right at home. The outdoor gas fireplace was a perfect spot to relax in the evenings, and the jacuzzi was exceptionally clean and comfortable, providing a great way to unwind. We were especially impressed by the charging station for our electric car, which was incredibly convenient. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we are very satisfied. Highly recommend!

Very nice place in a fantastic location. Only 18 min to the beach and 12 min to the beach ski center. Can recommend this place good price.

Fantastic place with short distance to nice hikes and the possibility to rent a boat nearby for those who want to fish. The house was much larger than we expected and the children appreciated all the toys that were there! Cozy host like black fort. We would gladly came back!

I had a wonderful stay at Blåtind Apartments! The apartment was exceptionally clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed. The peaceful mountain setting was absolutely beautiful, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature.

We were warmly welcomed by Ronny and his family and felt very comfortable. The apartment is simple and clean. We were allowed to spend 5 great and relaxing days here.

Olga was a delightful and considerate host who left us a sweet welcome note and goodies. Her comfortable place has the most beautiful views and is located in a great spot for hiking along the coast and very close to the aquarium 😊
