My brother and I decided to take on a project together and with the help of our beloved spouses we took this little diamond in the rough to its current prime. It is in a quite friendly community, and is within a 30 minute drive of the beautiful Cheaha mountains. Ashland is the nearest town only 6 miles away and has several restaurants including McDonalds, several privately owned cafes and a Piggly Wiggly for groceries. There is a Dollar General in Millerville just 2 miles away.

This new construction, Lake Martin cottage is located in a peaceful neighborhood. The backyard and fire pit nestle up to a quiet, wooded area. Our home is a short drive to a grocery store as well as a few restaurants and a 40 min drive to Auburn; making this a prime location for Auburn fans and lake bums alike! Please note that we are not lakefront.
