House is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. This stylish house with a fabulous new kitchen and comfy beds is set in a beautiful private yard with lovely trees and garden with large deck and plenty of outdoor living. It's the perfect place to rest and relax. The house has everything you will need and is only a 7 or 8 minute walk from Clyde's gorgeous main street with lovely cafes and restaurants, shops and the bike hire/ rail trail businesses. Maori Point cottage is nestled in our vineyard, 30km from Wanaka , with spectacular mountain views and access to the Clutha riverbank for walks or picnics. Warm in winter with underfloor heating and fireplace, the living areas include a full cook's kitchen which opens onto a verandah, lawn & native garden. The large upstairs bedroom has king bed and mountain views, downstairs bedroom has a queen bed with garden outlook. A quiet peaceful environment, and a good base for exploring.

Elevated above the Manuherikia river with dramatic schist rock faces and river views, our spacious,and warm ground floor apartment is nestled next to the Central Otago Rail Trail, Matangi Station Mountain Bike Park, and walking tracks. Cafes and restaurants are a few minutes walk along the scenic river track passing the historic shaky bridge. The river track is accessed from our property. It is a 30min drive to Highlands Motorsport Park, and one hour to both Queenstown and Wanaka.
