Holiday rentals in Alexandrades

The villa we stayed (Paleokastro) in was just perfect. Lovely and peaceful view of the lush garden and sea in the distance from a spacious veranda. Zhulieta who manages the property could not have been more helpful with local recommendations and her cheerful personality added to us feeling welcome. The unit is fully equipped and they provided us with a welcome package of cake, coffee pods, wine and apricots from the garden. The Cocomat bedding was excellent for a good nights sleep. Well located to explore the island and close to the beach and dining options in Avlemonas. We highly recommend this for a wonderful stay in charming Kythira.

The place was great, very very clean and comfortable. Perfect for four guests. Stylish furniture, easy to find and the location is great if you want to get around. There are stores (bakery etc.) in just 3 minutes away. It might not be by the sea but you will find yourself in a central place from where you can go around. Kapsali and the “Chora” are just 10-15 minutes away. The host, Joshua, is very friendly and took the time to show us around the place and tell us a few things about Kythira. He left us a few pages with recommendations for every place :) There were also some local products in the apartment that we could try, such as wine, cookies etc.

We will definitely rebook this! Loved the location and the quick response time. House was everything in description and more. House was very open and really enjoyed outdoor patio and spacious kitchen

Το σπίτι ήταν πιο ωραίο από τις φωτογραφίες. Ευρύχωρο, καθαρό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα. Διέθετε τεράστια αυλή για πάρκινγκ. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Το σπίτι δεν ήταν παραθαλάσσιο, αλλά ήταν πολύ κοντά σε όλες σχεδόν τις παραλίες. Η τοποθεσία καλή, αφού το κέντρο ήταν περίπου 10 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο. Η οικοδέσποινα πολύ φιλική και βοηθητική.

Πολύ βολική η τοποθεσία για να δει κανένα όλο το νησι κι ακριβώς όπως είναι στην περιγραφή. Ο κύριος Ιερώνυμος κ η οικογένεια του εξυπηρετικοί και διαθέσιμοι για ο,τι χρειαστηκαμε!! Πάρκινγκ με σκιά όλη μέρα και το μεγαλύτερο ατού, η φιλοξενία του σκύλου μας!!! Συνίσταται!!

Irina Studios est le choix idéal pour un séjour à Kythira. Situé à 20 minutes maximum de toutes les plus belles plages et criques de l'île et sites historiques, à 5 minutes des commerces et restaurants. La maison est située en pleine nature tout en étant insérée dans un village avec une vie locale très agréable. Tout est calme, idéal pour se reposer. J'ai été accueilli par les parents d'Irina, qui sont charmants et n'hésitent pas à offrir prunes et gâteaux. Irina est très réactive aux demandes d'informations. Mon studio était spacieux, avec une terrasse offrant une belle vue sur la campagne. La propreté était impeccable et le studio était pourvu de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin pour cuisiner. La salle de bains était également dotée de tous les équipements nécessaires ainsi que de gel douche et shampooing en abondance. Je me suis rapidement senti comme chez moi, le studio était quasiment devenu ma seconde maison ... Je recommande très vivement et reviendrai certainement !

The apartment was new, clean with great views and a nice balcony. It is located in a small settlement which is peaceful so perfect if you want to avoid grouded noisy places but at the same time is very close to Kapsali and Xora where you can find restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Kalliopi is a wonderful host, polite, helpfull and also gave us a farewell gift with local products. Overall we enjoyed our stay and was a great choice to explore the island.

Katerina is a fantastic host. Someone was on hand to welcome us when we arrived and provided lots of great recommendations. Katrina was responsive and very helpful. We loved the house. It is simple but beautiful and is in the most amazing location. We had a fantastic stay. Thank you!!
